This guy is Tony Head who played Giles on Buffy
(you're in the Buffy discussion area)
and more recently he's been on a UK show called 'Little Britain'
he had also been in a wonderful show called 'Manchild' (which I recommend)

BBC America is available on Comcast Cable in the US. I imagine other cable companies carry it too.

Seems I only have a TV for three networks anymore.

BBC America: 'Monarch of the Glen', 'Sea of Souls', 'Little Britain' and the occassional 'Footballer's Wives'. I'll give 'Hex' a try and see.

SciFi: 'Dr. Who', etc.

WB: 'Smallville'
