So, I was talking to Maniac on the phone, and for some reason Maniac pointed out that Kaylee's boobs are bigger than Inara's. And I said, "Really, you think they are bigger?" and he said,

"Yeah, Kaylee has the biggest boobs of them all."

And I said, "What about Zoe? She's got a rack!"

But Maniac said, "No, Kaylee's boobs are bigger than Zoe's."

I'm not so sure if Maniac is correct. Does anyone else have an opinion on this important topic?

Tough question. My memory is saying Zoe, but I might have to watch the series another thirty times to be sure. Not to mention Zoe's outfits tended to be more form fitting than Kaylee's mechanics clothes. I think watching Shindig might be in order.

Using this as an excuse to watch a few of the shows again, I still think that of the crew it's Zoe. After watching Trash again, I think the winner is Saffron/Bridget/Yolanda.

My wife refused to give an answer. Saying something like "I'd have to watch them again" then stuck around just long enough to watch Mal walk onto Serenity nude before leaving the room.

Christina Hendricks is the actress who plays Saffron et al.

It was the concensus here that all the women in firefly were rather ample. but that kaylee despite her charm was the least "statuesque." there was some speculation as to how saffron managed to keep from toppling over.

i think our vote would be to her.

I have to say that Saffron was pretty well-built. Having contributed to that portion of the thread, I would say that Summer Glau, at least for me, was the yummiest of them all. Although in the scene with the cows in the cargo hold in "Shindig", Morena was especially adorable. And yes, yes, Jewel is wonderful. It's all about facial expressions for me.

As I'm quite new here (why, I just registered) and found this thread, I'll have to continue the damn thing and go with Saffron. Now, I know you guys were talking crew, but come on! The woman was most distracting while watching her eps. I hope she doesn't run much, as it seems she'd give herself a black eye.

For the record, I am a woman. My husband is a boob man so purely by osmosis I've become quite educated in that department. Damn him.

Saffron by a mile (or two). Since becoming aware of this thread I have noticed that young Kaylee does seem a bit more ample up top than the other women in the crew (I'm pretty sure that underneath her push-up leather armor Zoe is at least slightly more modest than Kaylee). And since we're on the subject, I must take issue with the poster who described her as "slightly chubby" (or some such): be not deceived, Kaylee is a skinny little thing, not tv skinny (read unwell) but in real human terms she is just a slip of a girl. I'm just saying.

1. Saffron...maybe the biggest on the entire Fox network, especially in the opening of "Trash" in that peasant shirt...I'm a hetrosexual woman and I found those things distracting

2. I don't think Zoe is as "big" as the leather would suggest

3. Kaylee is NOT chubby, she just has a certain face shape that makes her look curvier than she is. Didn't she say in the DVD that she was told to gain 20lbs for this role?...f that's Jewel with an extra 20lbs, you KNOW she's thin.

Why is it that a round face is shorthand for chubby? Anyone see "Circle of Friends" a few years back? Minnie Driver plays "the fat girl" in that with no greater credencials than her rosey cheeks. And there was this movie just came out called "Love, Actually" and Hugh Grawnt's love interest was described as "chubby" or something several times and she absolutely wasn't. She was busty and had a round face! No wonder so many actresses starve themselves for us. It's disgusting. Marrilyn Monroe was a size 16, people!

I am not going to dignify this thread by accepting its implicit assumption that female sexiness is determined by breast size. For me the two sexiest women in the whole Whedonverse are Kaylee and Fred on Angel. If I had to give the nod to either one of them, it would be Fred by a gnat's whisker. And yes, she works as Illyria in that tight outfit. It's the whole package.

Well now, I feel like I should put in my two cents here. I think that by far the most attractive woman in Firefly, and possibly in the whole of the Whedonverse (though Tara kicked ass) is Zoe. It's not because of her cup size, or her body, although both are very nice. She's a strong woman. I tell you, man, it's all about the strong women. I don't like, in relationship terms, anybody who wants to be looked after all the time, I like somebody who can stand on his or her own two feet, and is somewhat down to earth.

Now, if I were going purely on cup size, I'd say Inara, but that's not really my style.

I tried to call my roommate in on it, but I couldn't find any good pictures of them. She seems to think that they look basically the same, which is a testament to how very very bad the quality of the pics on IMDB is.

Completely off topic here, but in the Spaceballs tribute, I'm a little surprised that the creator did not use the scene when the Eagle 5 left the oil streak in the sky! It was suspiciously like the one left by Serenity when they fled from the feds in the Pilot episode of Firefly! or is that the other way around?

Despite the fact that Inara is only a size 34B, I find her to be "classically beautiful".
Kaylee is incredibly "pretty".
River is very "cute".
Zoe is "statuesque".

All four of them are quite stunning and desirable, each in their own ways, as is every woman on the planet. Each woman is beautiful in her own unique way, and there is no need to objectify and demean any one of them in order to appreciate the others.

Having said that, the answer to this thread's original question is that Saffron has the biggest rack.

Thoreau- I have to agree with you're wife. Zoe's about a C cup Kaylee is a large B Saffron is also a large B Inara's a straight up B and River's a slightly more than A. It looks like Saffron's bigger because her body is more slender making the curve more noticable and in her pretty dress the wardrober gave her lifts to give the dress more of a balanced curve so that's not exactly all her ( sorry guys)

Hmm Future Mrs. I may be a bit off then, but I'm pretty sure Kaylee's getting some help and maybe Saffron is a C which would tie her with Zoe. Myself I am unfortunately a DD ( yes I am serious and getting that reduced)I lost a ton of weight ( well 110 pounds) and am still DD. Go figure

Having met Summer, Jewel, Morena, and Christina in person, I can say with perfect assurance that Christina (Saffron) has the largest breasts of the four.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I can't make the Gina/Christina call from personal experience, unfortunately, but based on the evidence available I'd still give Christina the edge in that department.

Actually, though, my personal preferences run to the smaller-sized mammaries, so Christina's win is a loss in my book. But I suppose you can't know that.
