Ok, did my workout for today and did 2 sets. My body complained, and I'll probably been feeling it later, but whatever

I can't exactly come up for a goal this week as I have a business trip, and I don't know how that is going to affect my schedule.

So, my vague goal is to workout as much as possible, hopefully everyday.

So, I got a good two mile walk in and plan to do some squats and lunges later. I just know my legs are gonna love that:)

Awesome.

I just got back from a 30 minute work out and just realized that I haven't finished my homework.

*runs off to start history midterm that's due in 11 hours*

Okay, worked out yesterday. 35 minutes on weights then 40 minutes on the tread mill for 2.65 miles. After I left the gym I took my mountain bike over to the park and rode the woodland trail around the lake. Made 4 laps at 1.75 miles per lap; total of 7 miles. Pretty wore out when I got home.

Walking at lunch today. I will have to see how much I can cram into a one hour walk & let you know. Then I will walk with the wife tonight.

Well, now that Browncoat1 is putting us all to shame , I'll lower the bar a bit

(Seriously though Browncoat1, you're where a lot of people want to be - myself included. Keep up the great work! That goes for everyone else as well )

Me, I just finished my 2 sets, check day 2

I'm going to have to skip, tomorrow, Thr, or both due to a business trip. Maybe Fri as well if it gets extended *sigh*

The only solice I get is that in these two days, I worked out the same amount that I did last week in four. So...

You're doing incredibly well Browncoat1, I'm amazed. And Sigmanunki you've been really consistent and I'm very impressed with that. Sounds like everyone's doing a great job, keep it up!

Been doing a good job of keeping active. Have also been doing a good job of riding horses bareback. Talk about a workout. OUCH!!! Between that and ballet, I am thinking my legs are going to be awesome soon. Too bad bosswoman comes back today. She isn't too big on bareback riding.

Ballet tonight and then swordfighting tomorrow. I am in for a butload of hurting.

Thanks to everyone for helping me stay motivated.

That sounds awesome. I remember riding my stepmom's horses when I lived in SD. It was fun until they had to put the oldest one (the one I rode because I was 4) to sleep.

Did a paltry 30 minutes of cardio, but I still felt accomplished since I only wanted to go to sleep.

Damn all nighters!

Ya, all nighter can really suck. Depending on what your doing that is

I just finished my workout; check day 3. Suprised I fit it in today my own self. Hopefully I'll be able to do the same tomorrow. Though I'm not certain my muscles have that same hope

Gotta run so I can make my bus (sucks not having a car sometimes ).

Aw shucks. Not trying to outdo anyone, just really motivated & loving the support I am getting from my browncoat family.

Ok, put in a 3.69 mile walk (per the pedometer) yesterday at lunch. Went home and walked w/ the wife on the trails at the park. We walked the 1.75 mile trail twice, so that is another 3.5 miles. Took about an hour and a half due to the hills and rough terrain, but it was enjoyable.

Can't wait to weigh in on Friday.

I'm checking in after many days away from the board. Its good to be back. I splurged over the weekend and had 3 beers and greasy food in Vancouver BC, but since Monday morning food has been good and healthy.

I found a great recipe for Red Lentil Mulligatawny Soup. If anyone is interested in getting that email me off list (it is veggie). Unless the group wants like a weekely recipe on list? That might be fun.

For exercise, the Firefly DVD is great motivation and I have been doing 20-25 of cardio at home each day. And I walk the dog for about 45 minutes a day, but its pretty leisurely with all the places she stops to sniff and pee! This week I added cruches (100 a day) and squats (working up to 3 sets of 10) to the at home work out.

You all are great motivation! Keep up the good work. Good luck with weigh ins, mid terms and the like.

Awww, 3 beers isn't so bad. A night out for me is usually around 5 drinks and hard alcohol has way more calories than beer.

Congrats on keeping up with the workout and I think you should post the recipe on here.

As for me, I did 60 minutes of cardio today and I have to go to work tonight. I started to weigh-in today and then jumped off the scale when I remembered that water retention sucks.

Keep up the awesome work everyone!

Hit the gym yesterday afternoon. I had to cut it a bit short due to dinner guests coming over. Did 25 minutes of weights, 20 minutes on the tread mill (on an 8.0 incline & 4.5 mph) & 20 minutes on the bike w/ steady incline.

Walked at lunch today & put in 3.25 miles.

Not a very successful day but at least I did something. Walked a mile and did two sets of lunges and two sets of squats. My legs better appreciate this:)

45 minutes of cardio. Unfortunately I binged like a mofo on crap that isn't even remotely healthy. It always happens this time of the semester.

Can't . . . wait . . .until . . . next . . .week . . .

Did my workout today. So, that makes 4 out of 5 days. Pretty good considering the business trip.

I'm thinking of making up that last day tomorrow, but we'll see how the muscles feel.

I fell asleep sitting on the front line at work this morning, so I figured working out probably wasn't the best option for me.

It's the first day I've skipped this week though and I say it's a well-earned break.

Therefore, I must head to the gym tomorrow.

Ugh. Only walked a mile and a half yesterday but at least managed to keep going with the squats and lunges. Also got in a little bit of arm work. It's pouring rain outside now so I doubt I'll get very much exercise in today. O well, I'll make up for it next week- supposed to be beautiful.

Okay. I walked at least three miles today and managed to get in some lunges, squats, and a little bit of armwork. Yay!

Awesome work and congratulations.

As for me, I fell of the bandwagon the past few days. Mostly it's due to exhaustion and having the most bizarre sleep schedule EVER the past few weeks. Honestly, who stays up until 4 or 5 in the morning, goes to class, and then sleeps until 3:30 in the afternoon unless he or she works 3rd shift?

I plan on tumbling to the gym Tuesday night after my last 2 exams and getting in some serious cardio then.

Until then, I'm just trying to eat healthy so at least I don't feel like a total failure.

Worked out Friday. 30 minutes on weights, 30 on the treadmill w/ the incline & 4.5 mph. Did the bike for 30 minutes on the steady incline.

Hiked about 5 miles on Saturday & went out on the trails again yesterday for 3.25 miles.

Hitting the gym again today.
