Guild Wars has Firefly References

Hi, I just joined so please just tell me if this is in the wrong place. I was playing GW: Factions and ran across a quest that was strikingly similar to Firefly. Their names and/or what they are saying can help you guess who they are. I couldn't get a good shot of the Mal person, and there is no Zoe and Wash. Here are the pics of this awesome tribute.

When I first saw the post I expected some loose references which could/could not be though of as from FF, but my gawd those are quite obviously from the show! Someone on their end must be fan :)

Same as Brexan, I was expecting some loose references, but oh my... that is priceless... I will have to get Factions now. I haven't played Guild Wars since the free beta weekends of the original.

Well, if you want to get the quest, go to Cavalon and talk to Captain Lexis. Do that quest, get the reward, and take the next quest he gives you. It is also right outside Zos Shivros Channel, if you just want to walk up there.

may be an inside joke but the original GW is MUCH better than Factions.

I havne't played Factions enough to run across any of those (I'm not very impressed by it). But man now I will be looking for them.

And I totally dig how Arani is 'Inara' spelled backwards... (NB: I wonder how much money exactly Arani wants for her services? Cuz I may not be rich, but I've got a piggy bank and a dream.)

Maybe if enough of us bought the game and then dove straight into this quest online, somebody might get an inkling that a Firefly-based MMORPG would be a good thing to develop.

Then again, maybe not. How many times have we been told that this kind of thinking is futile? I mean, am I stoopid, or what?
