I've got a bad spinoff.

"Simon Says"

A sit-com about a straight-man doctor who lives on a core planet with his wacky (not crazy, wacky) sister and loser/mercenary roommate.

The doctor would have trouble with women. His sister would end up in wierd situations. His roommate would always be looking for get-rich-quick schemes.

Oh, and there would be canned laughter and occasional cameos.

A very popular but for-mature-audiences spin off: "Whoa. Good Myth."

How about a TV Show done like Alias? You can even use the same title.

Instead of a CIA agent you have a show about a sociapathic thief who is always changing her alias in an effort to commit crimes. Today's episode...our character pretends to marry the capt of a piece of go-se transport ship in order to sell him...and the crew...off to scrappers.

Although I really like Leave it to Badger. Too funny.

Do not fear me. Ours is a peaceful race, and we must live in harmony.

Got one:

Zoe's Place- The story of a retired smuggler who opens a bar and gets involved in the lives of the different patrons. Her head waitress Kaylee helps her with the shenanigans.

Wouldn't that suck?

"The Niskas"

Does for intergalactic crime lords what THE SOPRANOS did for New Jersey mobsters.

"There's only one "Return" ok, and it ain't "of the King", it's "of the Jedi."

"Maybe we should start calling your friend 'Padme' because he loves 'Mannequin Skywalker' so much, Right? (imitating robot) Danger...danger...my name is Anakin...my shitty acting is ruining saga."

How about a show called "Wash Is In Heaven Now"?

It turns out there really is an afterlife, Wash is there, and he gets to meet the various bad guys that the Serenity crew has offed. "Hey, it's Dobson, right? How ya been?"

I think the CW is planning a spin-off featuring Book on a rim planet, called "7th Haven".

"Lost: On Whitefall"

A horrific crash leaves the BDHs alive and stranded on a remote island on Whitefall. For a while their goal is simple survival, but they soon realize that it was far more than mere chance that brought them together, and each of them has a purpose that will help them unlock the island's secrets.

Simon as the doctor who becomes the unoffical leader of the group.

Book as the mysterious island guru who was paralyzed before the crahs, unbeknownst to anyone (don't ask me how that works).

River as the sexy, mysterious fugative (what did she do?) who, for the purposes of this spinoff, has no romantic interest in the doctor whatsoever. Nor is she interested in...

Jayne, as a conman who lost his parents tragicly when he was eight or so years old to a who also called himself Jayne.

Mal, as an ex-solider who worked in "communications".

Zoe, as a former cop with baby-issues.

Kaylee, as a pregnant ball of sunshine who secretly didn't want the baby.

Wash, as a funny guy with a mysterious disdain for certain numbers...

and Inara, as a clinical psycologist who might not be.

Whose Lion Is It Anyway?

An improv show with an ever changing roster of both main crew members and secondary characters. The host could be Jubal Early, and after handing out points, he always asks, "Does that seem right to you?"

... please make this show. XD The idea of Kaylee and Jayne playing the props game while Simon attempts a hoedown makes me giggle.

"This must be what going mad feels like."

I vote for "Fiery Flyer."

It would have the same actors and characters as "Firefly," but it would start off where "Serenity" left off!

Perfect Blue Sun: A mentally unstable dancer rising to the top begins to question her sanity when she is troubled by two men in gloves who stalk her and a shadowy figure from her past. Watch fantasy mix seamlessly with reality as she struggles to determine who she is and what is real.

Anyone get otaku pocky points on this one?

I think that a comedic horror film would be good: Maybe Sean of the Dead. A nice spin off on the hilarious zombie movie from last year.

Heres my idea of a spinoff: Surgeon.

Simon Tam leaves Kaylee River and the rest of the crew on Serenity to satisfy his inner demons. He goes back to the rim planets exacting vigalante style justice and unforgiving, if not unforgiveable, revenge on the people that hurt his sister. He begins systematicly eliminating the doctors, nurses, surgeons and other people involved with the destruction of rivers brain.

You can fix anything if you have a big hammer and enough duct tape.
