I don't know about that, Browncoat1, with Fox you have to remember that they are waiting to see if the show is successful. If it is, then they'll cancel it, but if it appears to suck ass, they'll pick it up for another 5 to 10 seasons at least.

Thanx for the article. Morena's better off going to a credible network. Fox is just not a serious network anymore. Also, on scifi.com website there's an article on Tim Minear's "Wonderfalls" and a Nathan Fillion article. Wonderfalls sounds dumb in my opinion. Sounds like Fox is ALREADY lining it up for cancellation even before it airs!(Look forward to seeing Wonderfalls on Friday nights and recording eps for posterity.) The Fillion article seems self-deprecating. Still no word on FIREFLY movie though!

Isn't Wonderfalls the show that Kaylee (Jewel Staite) is supposed to be in? Did I dream reading that she was shooting some episodes of that last fall?

Now Maniac, you know very well that being successful has NO bearing on the quality-TV serial-killer mentality. they would wait until the show has proven itself as quality programming, then move in for the kill. so now I'm hoping that Morena is in a suck-ass show and that's not fair to her...is it?

You're not the only ones who notice Fox's weird serial killer mentality when it comes to promising shows. Family Guy, Futurama, Firefly, they step on a lot of good stuff.

Yup, Fox often gets rid of its best shows. If the public likes it and its on Fox, it has a 89% chance of getting the boot before the New Year. Sad, but true.

I am glad that some of the cast has work, but why most they work for Fox? Also, Waterfalls does sound a little dumb. I'll watch the first ep. or three, but it sounds dumb.

Wow, this thread is really old...so why not resurrect it?

I just saw parts of the Still Life premiere on a website that I'm a little embarrassed to admit I know of: www.jensenacklesfans.com They have all of the clips with Jensen Ackles in them, and that includes a few with Morena. It really is nice to see her in a different role. They just put it up, so I figured no one else knows about it yet.

I'm not sure whether the pilot ever aired, but the show was never picked up. I'm not overly impressed by it, but I think it being "too morbid" is a crappy reason to cancel it. Look how well 6 Feet Under did.
