From what I have read on the Internet, there should be a Firefly fan table somewhere
in the LFCC fan table/Firefly area.

The Prop Store will also be there and you
know they are going to bring some Serenity
props especially with Nathan and Alan going
to be around. Be sure to stop by and thank
them for donating so many props to the Serenity Now/Equality Now Charity Screenings.

Woo guys so very cool!

I wondered if there were any other browncoats going, seeing as ive only just head about it, and it is kinda a big thing for lots of other fandoms too. I mean therve even got carry fisher going!!

Anyway my questin was, any idea what time you guys are going to be getting down there, i know it opens at 9.
i may try and gett down there for then even though it means getting up at like 6. (scarilage for a weekend! ) Not sure how likly that is though, and then there's the prospect of big ques, and the more expensive early bird price ticket.
not that any much is too much for the chance to see the Captain.

I just really want to get my ticket for nathan's talk im just so sure there all going to be gone so quick. :dissappointed:

I'll be weaing a white t-shirt and jeans tomorrow - very distinctive, I know.

Apparantly there's a browncoats stall there- so chat to them and they'll be able to point you in the right direction.

I just got an email from the prop store 6/29/2006 that they were going to display props there and they had the website in the email and so I checked it out and whoo-hoo Nathan and Alan are going to be there. Then I had to see if anyone had already posted here. Couldn't find a post on it.

Maybe the prop store will bring this to show

Yes, we must hear the war stories as well. !!!

I've been looking at lots of Con photos
lately (trying to put a banner together)
and would really like to know what was going
on during some of the wackier photo sequences.
(Nathan hugging Adam and appearing to weep,
for example, at [I think] Flan I.)

Some of the lovely Brits were kind enough to
report on Serenity Squared, so those photos
made much more sense. (Even though we might be
better off not knowing quite so much about
Jonathan Woodward's performance, if the pix
were posted they needed an explanation )

Yes, the reports from Moonlight Rising made
the photo-gazing experience much sweeter,
and thank you, ladies and gentlemen!

Best of luck to you early risers, and may your
experience be perfect in every detail.

Someone ask Alan what side in the War he fought on.
That is before he took up Shadow Puppetry in prison...

I only heard about this on Wednesday of last week, and I managed to get there on Saturday ... OMG, to be in the same room as my BDH ... and getting personalised autographs, and shaking hands ... I shall never wash my hand again! Seriously, I was in the third row at the talk, which (as I think everyone prayed) was actually both Nathan and Alan, and they were a hoot! We didn't stop laughing for the whole 40 minutes, and they could have gone on but the organisers told them they had to stop! I took a lot of pictures, but they're not fantastic, as my hand was shaking quite a lot and the flash didn't reach ... but I am happy to send any of the better ones to anyone who asks. Oh, my captain ...

Jane

PurplePebble, thanks for the great War Story.

I am so glad Nathan and Alan attended each

Just watch it on G4TV Attack of the Show. The hosts do a good job reading the telepromoters. Script writers are slacking off, tho. Haven't seen coverage of FF and Joss, yet.

I clicked on the link for the scantily clad chicks, and just my luck, all I got was this damned hermaphrodite:

I blew my money flying to LA for American Scholars Symposium: 911 and the Neocon Agenda, last month. Reality is a rush. I'll broadcast all 24 hours on my CATV show, good for 6 months of deprogramming the sheeple. CSPAN is allegedly broadcasting 1.5 hours of 911 Truth on 26 July at 8pm EST. What a revolutionary concept. Charlie Sheen hung out with us, and Bruce Willis caught the 911 Truth bug. It's highly contagious.

I did have to win an award in Hollywood in 2005, so that's 2 trips to Hollywood in 7 months. If that makes me a "star", then I recommend against worshipping Hollywood stars.

It would be interesting to interview Nathan, tho, about the Real World in "Hollywood":

What have you heard about DC Comics' prior knowledge of the explosive demolition of the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001, with Batman's Frank Miller being a Jewish co-conspirator with Jew Larry "Pull-It" Silverstein?

Did DC really think that Batman crashing his Batjet into Lex Luthor's "Twin LexTowers" the week of 9/11/2001, "collapsing" the tower and killing everyone inside, is supposed to brainwash U.S. that 19 Arabs in a cave defeated the US Air Force using plastic cutlery, and not 1,000s of bombs planted in the World Trade Center by the treasonous Jews in our own Gangsta Govt?

"Our Worlds At War" (crossover)
Our Worlds At War came to a close just before the attacks of September 11, 2001. In a sobering occurrence of synchronicity, Adventures of Superman #596 contained the image of Lex Luthor's twin LexTowers heavily damaged by alien attacks. The book's writer, Joe Casey, could not have intentionally referenced the attacks on the World Trade Center, but DC acknowledged that it mirrored the devastation so vividly that they made the books returnable without penalty to retailers.

"A strange SUPER-tribute" - September 17, 2001
by ARNOLD T. BLUMBERG (related to NY Mayor Blumberg?)
The eerie timing of Superman’s memorial to the fallen and the arrival of this aftermath issue just days after the events at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon was certainly serendipitous. While the film and television industries scrambled to shift the schedules of projects that included terrorist or Trade Center-based set pieces and references, no one could have expected that a comic book tale planned and written months in advance would have offered such a creepy coda to the real world attack on America. While most of pop culture seems eager to sanitize its stories and err on the side of excessive political correctness, I would argue that this issue of Superman could not have been a better tribute if it was intended. In this issue, Superman finds himself unable to function as before while the world rebuilds following the war. Several panels even feature spine-chilling images of the Trade Center towers being reb
