I saw a thread with a couple of patches that cast and crew got. I would front the money to have 50 made. Price seems to be about 6$ including s/h. (I want to post a picture of the Serenity one I would do but don't know how.) Help please.

I have submitted the .jpg to the patch company and they are interested. I want to see the final version to see if they can un-twist the image. I also asked what method they want for payment. I should hear from them tomorrow and then we will be looking at 3-4 weeks (non-urgent to keep the price reasoanable). Still estimating final cost out my door in domestic USA mail at 6$ each.

I will keep you all informed.

Update:
The patch company was delayed in reponding to me but called and asked a couple of questions Tuesday. I have given them the go ahead for the trial manufacture. After I see a picture of that item I will make any needed changes and also post the photo here. Should happen in a week or so.

The patch company got back with a draft version that was a little off in color and shape. I have required some changes to correct the problems so it will be another week before I post a picture of the final version.

I have been away from home for the past two weeks so I haven't been able to contact the patch company.
Several weeks ago I sent comments on their version back to them and am waiting for their corrections.
Hopefully I will get home tomorrow and can pop them another email to see where they stand.
I may be able to cut the cost by 50 cents or so if I can up the order to 100.
Based on this thread it may be do-able.

Keep us posted. I know I want at least 3 patches. Some of my converts may take several as well. I would say w/ the responses on this thread a 100 patches would probably cover you pretty well. May even have some from the official board come over to purchase some.

I resent an email to the patch company and they called back so we have moved ahead a little. We still need to make some fixed on their first attempt.
