I'd be into havinging our own shindig around here someday, but i'll be damned if I know where.. are there any cool places to go in our area? I have like 5 or 6 firefly lovers in my RPG group and we're not even horrible troll-looking creatures either.

Always wanted to meet other firefly fans.. wonder what people do at shindigs. sitting around in someone's house watching the dvd's sounds kinda lame to me.. i can do that any time. but hey, that's just me. anyway, hail

Your in a RPG group!? That's great. I have been working on a FireFly LARP and would love to playtest it. This of course is on the condition that you rightfully recognize that I am the First Browncoat of the Keystone State.

Also my fiance and I are going to Balticon in Firefly costume and would love to have a large group of supporters.

i've never been to a con yet and i think i would die of happy-geekdom-excitment if i went..

i even think my band is playing at the Thunderdome in Balt. that weekend..

Yeah, Winterfell, I'm SteamedBao3's fiance....I think we SHOULD get a shindig together. It's not as if we'd have far to drive. And it's not as if it HAS to be watching Firefly...chances are we have similar tastes in other sci-fi stuff or whatever. Besides, I'd love to have some kind of trivia game...I'd even make a prize for the winner!

I was hoping that dude would win - there's nothing I hate more than illegal Mexican immigrants, and as a legit immagrant, he'll surely crack down on that kind of stuff.

Man, anyone hear about Bush's "make all illegal immagrants legal" plan? What a bastard! My friend's famialy has been waiting 7 years for their citizenship, and now all the sons of bitches who come into our country illegally are going to have it handed to them?

oh i know. It's lame. If i went to live in britian i'd have to work for my, whats-it-called? when you live there for real? That thingy that makes you legit (the word is eluding me), so they should have to work to get ligit in out country. But you know what i find fascinating, people who have to work for they're, argh, that word again, that makes them legit, know so much more about america then people who were born too it...
