I thought it was a great nod. Everything about the 200th episode was perfect...especially the "FarScape" pitch by Claudia Black! I haven't laughed so much in ages!!! I love that they can still have fun with it after all this time. It is just too bad a big blue box didn't materialize at some point. Oh well, I guess you can't hit EVERY SF show in 43 minutes.

There was a reference by Carter who stated "They won't see this coming." which was a reference to the Alliance not expecting the Reaver armada in the BDM.

yes I think it was a nod:) It was a great episode. The cast so obviously enjoys each other and the show and you could tell they had such fun doing it. I enjoyed the brief Star Trek moment. Those costumes were atrocious:)

I don't recall seeing any tips of the hat or nods during the Insider, but if you missed it, I highly recommend catching the rerun of it, if only to see the scene where Carter browbeats O'Neill when he says he doesn't know what to do when they were trapped in Antarctica.
