Full Names

Does anyone out there happen to know the Full names of all the crew members. I will give the ones that i am already aware of. Correct me if i am wrong in either name or spelling. Kaywinneth Lee Frye. Inara Sara. Malcom Reynolds. Simon Tam. River Tam. Jayne Cobb. Now i dont know Wash's full name nor do i know Zoe or Book's full name. If anyone knows them i would be very obliged to be filled in.

Inara Serra, Hoban Washbourne (I think that's how it's spelled), Shepard Derria Book (uh.... not sure about that), Zoe Washbourne (I can't spell her maiden name, sorry)

, but Wash is Hoban "Wash" Washburn and Zoe Washburn, don't know her maiden name .

And i reckoned along the way i would figure out everyone elses. Oh another question. What is BDM. I feel kinda stupid askin cuz ya'll talk about it like its a known fact.

Just in the name of interesting things that are incorrect, early Firefly promo stuff had Wash's name as Jerry Lee Warren and Zoe as, duh, Zoe Warren.
I don't know what changed or happened, but I've seen it.
I've also seen Zoe's maiden name as Vesselside. It's more of a refrence to the theory that she was likley born and raised on a ship, but I read that somewhere.
