Atlanta Area Anniversary Shindig with Serenity Screening!

The Southeastern Browncoats (seeb-kah) are hosting a Shindig to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the US release of Serenity! The good folks at Galactic Quest have been kind enough to provide us with a location to get together and view the BDM together, so here's the important information:

When: Saturday, Sept. 30. Fun and games start at 6 pm, the movie will start at 7:30ish.

Where: Galactic Quest, 4264 Sudderth Rd Ste C, Buford, GA www.galacticquest.com

We'll be bringing some light snackies, feel free to bring things, as well, if you like. And to give us a rough idea of how many we can expect, drop a line to jcoz1701 AT yahoo DOT com if you can come.

ETA- Costumes are welcome! We like costumes!

Don't mind at all

It's a private theatre in the back of the comic shop. Seats about 50, I believe. I think it's a big wall-screen type set up with a DVD projector.

It was the saddest night EVER. Not only did I arrive at work at 6, they sent me home at 8. Two hours worth of pay was NOT worth missing the Shindig. I fumed an awful lot.
