Actually, I saw something somewhere on the site that says that within three minutes of the hour is counted. So, people could set their watches for 58 minutes (just to make sure the vote counts).

We've passed Roswell!!! \o/

We're 15 ahead of them now. Next target is Gunsmoke, currently ~1350 ahead of us. We've been putting around 450 on the board each day for the past week, and Gunsmoke has been putting on about 250. So we're gaining about 200 a day, which would mean that this time next week we should be in 6th place.

Math - dangerous stuff ;)
