I've made a few calculations.

If we continue at the rate we're going of about 420 votes a day, and Queer as Folk remain at their rate of about 45 a day, we should outstrip them in 16 days.

I've voted for about the jillionth time.
I'm just glad that we're way ahead of CSI or NCIS or whichever forensic science show is on there...I hate that kind of show with a passion. There are far too many on TV right now, at least five on each channel! And they aren't even very good!!

Tomorrow we should hit 50,000 votes, which should get us another mention on the frontpage flash thingy (not sure if that makes a difference).

For sure we are the fastest increasing show on that list. We should hit the top 5 by the end of next week.

Mind you - 1st place is a long way off. Xena is still pulling in a couple of hundred votes a day, meaning we only gain by 300 a day, so at the current rate it'll take about 280 days to get to first place.

But we _can_ do the impossible.

Let's see if we can get the link posted around on some of the other Firefly boards (if it isn't already) and really push the envelope on this one.

I looked today (25th Oct) and FF had 52,000(in 6th place) while Xena had 132,000(in 1st place) We have to keep voting.

This is a golden opportunity to bring FF back. It is looking for the best TV show of ALL TIME. If we can then tell Fox and Universal etc. They will know that they should keep it going.

The next one up is Farscape.

They are currently ahead of us with 21884 votes. They seem to be averaging about 160 votes a day. If we stay with our current average of between 500 and 600 votes a day....lets average it to 550 a day, we will be gaining approximately 390 votes a day on them.

That means 56 days to get to number 4. That's 2 months. It feels long now, but that is only if we can't up the voting.

I still can't believe that there aren't enough Browncoats to extinguish Xena in one day. This only means we have to spread the word to other Browncoats.

Voting has been going on for ages. I see the Xenites (for those of you who do not know......it’s what the fans of Xena-Warrior Princess, call themselves *shudders*), have been promoting the voting thingey since at least last year August.

We’ve done well over the weekend! We actually got the most votes in with 1316 votes from 27 October to 29 October

The Bonanza-ers gained 1196 votes
The Xenites gained 1007 votes
The Farscapers gained 294 votes
The La Fems gained 254
