My sister and I are going and she is VERY upset.
But at least this way Alan won't have to use the restraining order to keep her away.

Hopefully they'll add Summer or Sean.

A Flanvention is any gathering/convention some or all of the cast of Firefly/Serenity attend, Also, MASSIVE loads of fans or as Nathan put it, "Flans."
This will be the second Firefly/Serenity convention.

I think Summer and Jewel just got back from Oz, not sure. There's a Serenity Australia website which was set up by the studio: www.serenitymovie.com.au

They also tend to do UK conventions - www.starfury.co.uk

Sadly this is the last US Serenity/Firefly convention due to lack o' interest, I believe.

OK maybe not my room, but to somebody who would really appreciate the gesture.

flan- yummy quivering rich decadent (yet surprisingly light!) caramely custardy thing. Kind of like creme brulee, but it speaks Espan~ol.

And it's served cold.

I think I need to add to what I said above.

This is sad for us, great for Alan. Congrats Alan on the movie!

I'm hoping to still be at Flan... and if I get to go... you better bet, I'll blog when I can while there and share everything I can when I get back!
