you started this thread with the comment that we could only vote once. Do you know that for sure(?) - I mean, I can't tell if it took my vote-stuffing or not. It certainly didn't give me a complaint that I'd already voted before and therefore couldn't do it again... it SEEMed to allow my extra votes.

On dial-up you can do it as many times as you connect to the internet but on broadband you can't because of a permanent ip address not unless you've got software which gives you different ip addresses each time, but this is just a theory form what I know about the internet & things I've heard from fellow BROWNCOATS.

I think you might be able to vote as many times as possible cause on broadband it doesn't say anythink like only 1 vote or you've already voted so to test it out could a few people just vote hit backspace hit enter & repeat that about a 100 times shouldn't take more than 20mins if that & by doing this you can find out if you can vote as many times as you like cause a few hundred votes would make Summer go up quite a bit.

Summer WOULD already be in 2nd place if they would combine all of the Summer Glau spelling/case variations. You add up her top 4 name entries and you get 14.3 + 1.4 + 0.2 + 0.1 and you get 16.0 which is %0.2 ahead of Jennifer Garner.

Yeah a few peeps. That's what I've said before Siri that I don't get rejected when I use the college computers, the library computers, & my home computer.I vote at least once a day & all the computers I use use broadband.
If you want to be sure you can vote more than once get some free software which hides your ip address & makes a different one each time you connect,just google for ip address hiding software or something like that.

It doesn't help much if there's "SUMMER GLAU" and "summer glau" or "SUMMER Glau" with 1.-something percent that could have been added to the 15.9% "Summer Glau" vote.
Sucks too that she doesn't even have her own BUTTON, being on #2. I mean, come ON!

Is there something amiss with this link ?

After I voted I got a "Click here to continue" screen that ended up changing my default home page. Is this a scam site or are the promoters trying to scare off Summer voters ?

They get into our heads and they haven't the right, they are meddlesome.
