Don't think there's much worry about it flying :)
It is a bit smaller than Inara's shuttle. Don't think she'd try anything in the backseat though. Curtains or not.

Saw it last night in Seattle. They parked it outside the Egyptian theatre after the Serenity midnight showing. Very funny. kinda reaverized time machine. The showing was a success with the theatre almost packed.
