well i generally start the day with a hot chocolate mug full of tea; milk, two sugars (which I only have in my morning cup, don't ask me why) and that gets me going, various cups during the day changing to green tea in the evening to avoid caffeine keeping me up all night.

I'd kill for a Jack daniels around now but my stomach is playing up and I haven't had a drink since new years *shudders*, that's a long time for a muso!

lol no worries but given the lack of body language (for obvious reasons) I'm always a little extra polite on the old net.

Today would be perfect if I wasn't stuck in an office as the sky is blue, there is just enough breeze for it to be warm but not overly how and for once the telephone isn't going crazy so if I can just get some work done before people start breaking things I might get ahead of the game!

RIMG - I picked up a book called 'Astrology for Dummies' many years back. Who can resist a title like that? The book had oodles of info on Astrology, and it was a fun read too.

Your rising sign is the sign that was coming over the horizon at the time you were born, rather than where the sun was in relation to the star signs. So it varies depending on what time and where you were born. Your sun sign tells you about your personality and ambitions (the usual star sign you can read in the newspaper horoscopes), while your rising sign gives an indication of how you come accross to others, the "first impression" you tend to give.

No, I'm not okay. But I will be.
Very, very long story short is that my of a former best friend contacted me on myspace today. Out of the blue, after erasing the blog entry in which she shredded me to pieces. Then she was mad that I knew about the blog entry and wanted nothing to do with her. Much anger. Much pain. Much breaking things. Pretty simple.

Sun = Sagittarius
Moon = Sagittarius
Rising sign = Libra
Jupiter (the leading planet of Sagittarius) = Capricorn
Venus = Aquarious
Mars = Aquarious
Saturn = Scorpio
Pluto (the generational planet) = Scorpio
I know one of my outer planets is in Sagittarius, but I forget if it's Neptune or Uranus. I forget where my Mercury is, too.

Have I mentioned that my mom is an Astrologer?

*edit* Mercury is also in Sagittarius. I thought I had something else. And it's Uranus that's Sagittarius and Neptune is in Capricorn.

It's also been my findings that astrology rarely has much impact on Craft element, but sometimes there are paralells. My mom's drawn to water, and she's a Capricorn, and my best friend is a definite Water/Earth witch, and she's an Aquarious. So not always a connection there. But then there's me, who has a lot of fire in my chart, and am a definite fire witch.

gee - if you don't know your time of birth then the rising sign won't be accurate. The time of birth also tells you what "house" each planet is in, but they don't mention that in the free charts anyway. It does mean the house placements in the chart itself (the image at the top) will be wrong. Still, you can always find out and correct it later.
