Hmm... 75% match with Inara... I wouldn't have guessed. I would have thought River, Simon, Book, or Wash before Inara.

Still, fun test. Now I'll have to retake the test and see what kind of answers would have given other characters.

I tried to mess around with the answers to get everyone, and I did pretty well guessing the answers to get Mal, Zoe, Jayne, Kaylee, Inara, Book, and River but couldn't get Simon or Wash...

Never expected to get a Jayne match at 70%. Maybe I'm more of a mercenary than I suspected...

But seein' as how a high percentage of folks here seem to be getting Jayne, maybe Firefly attracts those who have a lot of 'merc' in 'em.

I'm 60 some odd percent Mal. I can see that quite easily. Dry sense of humor, tendency to not back down, morality that makes sense to ME gorram it, doesn't have to make sense to others. Either harsh or jovial most of the time.

82% River. No surprise there.

I had a hard time finding Simon's answers, and eventually got him with only 65%. (Whereas the others I was able to score into the 80s or 90s.) Either the test is balanced against him, or I have a different view of the character.

Is it possible to get 100% of anyone?

I took it twice because there were several questions where I had a hard time deciding between two answers. (Multiple personalities and all.)

First try: 68% Inara
Second: 83% Zoe

I was so sure I'd get Kaylee. At least it's the right gender.

I wonder if it would work if you decided to answer the questions in the way you think a particular character would, and see if the answer matches the one you were trying to be!

I figured I'd probably be Wash, as that's who I've been on the other (less AWESOME) tests, but you know what being Inara means?...Inevitably getting to hook up with the Captain in a ratings-hungry season finale. I did it 3 times, and every time wound up in the 70's as...Jayne. Well, that's ok. Hero of Canton, and all.

And Hubby's 88% Mal, so...fun times at our house!

you see, I matched up 70% with Zoe and you say your 3 year old matched up 87% with Wash. And mostly my husband acts like a 3 year old...coincidence? I think not!

Mental note, trick husband into taking Firefly personality test to verify my hypothesis!
