Sounds good, just the name sounds less than appealing. Ever seen what the atypical "camel rider" eats. It looks like slop and is eaten with a bare right hand. If you eat it with your left hand the chance of dysentary is pretty good.

oh oh oh Gunga Din flashback...eeeeeeeeeeew ( had a 9th grade English teacher who read us Gunga Din and then explained why the water was green and crawling(because they let the camels drink first) and it was right before lunch...best diet aid ever. Took me all day before I was able to eat.
NV and hope the day has improved some

Sorta, but that description doesn't do it justice. A camel rider is a sandwich made of thin strips of deli-style lunch meats. Really any kind will do, depending on your tastes. You line the inside of a pita with mayo and mustard, then drop in a hearty helping of the sliced lunch meats mixed with shredded cheese, usually a mozzarella, and heat the resulting sandwich for a bit in a microwave or toaster oven.
