Looks nice there, hon. Got a house lined up yet?

Assignment for photography last week was 'envy'. I decided to kind of do 'antithesis of' because I thought it was a lame word to assign.

He wasn't too happy with me making it into more of a 'graphic' than a photo (dude, that IS what I'm studying!) but he liked the concept. Also, he's been rather impressed at my ability to take hand-held shots of myself, hehehe.

You may say I'm a dreamer. But I'm not the only one.

Ernie has been with me ever since I moved in 5th grade. During middle school, I had few people I would consider friends. I spent many hours with Ernie both outside on lazy sundays either playing fetch or going on some epic adventure. She was with me through high-school and all of college. I would come home every other weekend and she was always their to welcome me. In two weeks I will be moving away from home 15 years later. Ernie made it all those 15 years, being a confident, a companion, and a friend. Last night I took her to the vets E.R. and found she had a fatal stomache condition and had her put to sleep. You were a damn good dog, you will be missed.

In the mean time, here is the aftermath of the poor broken house on Saturday. I actually call the spot Hawks Perch after the Red Tailed Hawk that harasses the pigeons living in the rafters of the house.

Well first Annie in her beautiful new Cinderella dress ( my sis designed it, developed the pattern, and sewed it all herself)

and Wy playing with the marshmellow gun

and now some pics Annie took... she knows how to work the photobooth feature on my Mac and wanted to take pics with YaYa ( that's me) She loves to play with the weird features like the mirror and make ( as she puts it) "two Annie's" and this one is the colored pencil feature

Not actually England, unfortunately, just a pub in Denver. Went up there to visit the art museum for art appreciation class. Even on spring break, I'm doing homework!

I have actually been trying to gain weight for about nine months now. My last ditch effort (I've tried many things) will be getting some weight gain powder at GNC next month. I would love to gain about 15 pounds.

My turn to make you all sick... yet another FFF.net romance to show off! I first met Naughtyman here on FFF.net but we met in person at D*C last year!!! I flew all the way from Melbourne to Richmond, VA last Friday - a trip taking a total of 32 hours from take off in Melbourne to touch down in Richmond, and I am having an amazing time!

The first evening we had dinner with his Aunt, cousins and another friend... this photo was taken...

Taking walks in the beautiful nearby park is one of my daily joys... this photo was the first morning and I am shot from all the travel... but the others look cute!

Oh nd the 'other woman' is Lulu...

My sweet Naughtyman and I...

and an artists impression of the same!

I love all the pics and you are completely adorable MsB, as well as Annie and my precious Whimsy! I will keep folk updated as I have the opportunity! :)

Hey FaithLovesPurple! I love your posting name (I love purple too!) an you look gorgeous with your new hair cut!! I also love that photo of you licking the giant Pocky box... though I've no idea what a box of Pocky is... LOL!!

I have some more pics from my wonderful return trip to the US of A... all the more wonderful on account of the company I am keeping!

This is Naughtyman and I at a wonderful fish restaurant last night in Richmond, Virginia!

We'd been to visit the Museum of the Confederacy in Richmond that day and this is BC1 standing in front of the flag of the battalion his forebears fought for!

And Naughtyman with BC1 in front of the Confederate Whitehouse which we also toured!

Okay, MSB has some recent pics of me while at a shoot this last weekend but she's been ultra busy with the new job and all. All I have are pics of the markers so maybe I'll share:

These are the two small electros I have bought for backups. The smaller one has recently been given to a teenager we've played with for a few years that more than proved his prowess on the field this last Sunday by successfully leading two assaults against me, taking me out in the process. He also played rogue flanker and successfully took out me and my squad single handadly.He more than earned it.

I recently acquired this marker to get a bit more accuracy and speed for mil sim shoots. It easily shoots thirty balls per second but I normally keep it at 15 to 18 as it is bad sportsmanship to hose folks. I trade off between this and the A5 (SARA JANE) during shoots.

Man - this is a slow thread... do you realise that the day after I arrived in the UK, Dano left for the USA? Craziness!! But awesome perfection that my Mei Mei is with her man just after I have been with mine!

Seems not everybody's been in much of a picture-taking mood of late. PR, are you sure you didn't jinx it with the thread title? Me, I can't afford a digital camera elseways I'd have a fair bit more filmy goodness to offer up for sacrifice and/or effigial burning.

Magda, sorry that we missed each other while you were stateside.... But leastways you're not so far away now - heck, we had one guy go on an extended business trip to London and come all the way back for one weekend, JUST to attend a Shindig! And if all else fails, we'll always have Dragon Con.

That was my only disappointment actually Steamer, that I didn't get to meet you all! We arrived in Boston at 2am Monday morning and Frank was working the next day, and I slept most of that day away coz I was so exhausted from the drive up (and my adventure in the Bronx) and then he had Tues Weds off so we spent that time together, but I was leaving on Weds afternoon, and it went so fast!

The tiny bit of Boston I saw was wonderful though, and I most definitely fell in love with it, so I shall return...

... and as you say - we'll always have Dragon*Con! (as long as you are there - coz I am most definitely going to be!!)

Navy - I figure if we keep posting random posts like, say... oh this one... we'll soon reach the 'Johnny Mandate' and Rose will have to appear out of nowhere and start a new thread...

Not long to go now!

And yes roxy, it has been too long, good to see you back in these parts. Those are some pretty awesome pics to have got from a concert, they don't make it easy to get snaps at events like that.

Nope, they don't. Altough they were pretty lax with checking for cams. I think being in the pit was more of an obsticle. Having a crowd surfer dropped on your head, not so much fun. *rubs sore head*
