Doesn't your State have a Sentient Killer Banner Hunting Season? In Vermont we have a short season of just one week long after Deer Season is finished to get rid of any stray killer banners from New York. We tend to have a small population of Killer Sentient Banners here in Vermont for two reasons. First is that all Billboards are illegal in Vermont and second is that nobody in Vermont can spell.
