For me, it's in Storyteller, when he coughs slightly from the pipe smoke, and sorta looks at it funny for a second ...never fails to make me LOL no matter how many times I see it.
What's yours?

I can't remember the episode but the one where he is sipping a Capri Sun. I don't know why but that always cracks me up.
Can't forget the whole vulcanolgist thing...
Also, was it Andrew or Jonathon who was painting the Death Star on their "non-descript" black van?

Geez, way too many to list without missing some, but a few of my favorites:
Warren: (offers toast) "To crime."
Jonathan/Andrew: "To crime!"
Andrew: (coughs) "Crime tastes funny."
-----------
Andrew: "Jonathan has been a good friend to me here in Mexico. He said he'll buy me a burro."
-----------
Andrew: "Don't leave me, I hate it when you leave me. One time you died and I ended up a Mexican."
-----------
Xander: "Why were you buying blood at the butcher shop?"
Andrew: "I fell in love with a beautiful vampire girl down in Mexico, and now we're trying to make a go of it on the straight-and-narrow, and put our lives back together here in Sunnydale."
-----------
Andrew: "Oh, hi, Buffy. Hi, nude Asian girl." (pause) "How much Dramamine did I take?"

All of them!!!
I love when he gets all upset because Faith stole his hot pocket.
Quote:
Andrew: Um, Mr. Giles, Faith stole the last meatball-and-mozzarella-flavored hot pocket out of the freezer even though I had called dibs on it….
(grabs a box from the freezer) Yup. See, the post-it's still here: "Andrew's. Please do not eat." But the box is empty now. (shakes the box)…
See, it's not the hot pocket itself - even though it did have that new-and-improved thicker tomato sauce - it's just the fundamental lack of respect.
Also, any scene with him and Spike. :D

Oh, yes! And Andrew and Spike on the motorcycle.
Although not solely an Andrew moment, all I can say is "Put the Fett down."
Just thought of another. When Andrew is documenting the life of Buffy the Slayer Vampyre (I know I got that wrong) he's walking around filming and comes across Willow & Kennedy making out on the couch but he focuses the camera on the window behind them marveling at the wonderful job Xander did on the replacement.

What episode was THIS?!, and WHY don't I remember it!
Edit: that last part was rhetorical.

The Season 8 comics. #12, "Wolves at the Gate, Pt. 1" Since they're canon, I figure they're perfectly worthy of inclusion in discussions like this (especially since I can totally hear Tom Lenk's voice in my head saying that)...

Oh, well that explains why I don't remember it, and why Buffy would be with a naked asian girl. I've never actually read the comics, I guess I should start.

the comics are really a lot of fun..
and it is always better to enjoy the fun!
I think I've always loved all Andrew moments...
at the end of BtVS S7, when they were up all night playing games...
that was a great Andrew scene.

So many funny lines but the one that sticks out for me (and curiously the only one I can remember right now) is that great moment from "Lies my parents told me"
"Uh, Willow, a call for you from L.A. Somebody named Fred. Guy sounds kind of effeminate."

My first go around, when I was only 'sorta' watching Buffy, I had no real idea what Andrew's back story was, per the whole evil gang , Warren et al. But once I clued in, Andrew became one of my fav secondary characters. When he became a Watcher in training though.... that was just too damn funny. He and Spike were classic together.
Can't rightly find the 'funniest' moment. There are so many.

My most favorite Andrew moment actually comes from Angel. In the episode "Damage" in season five Andrew and Spike are walking in an industrial area and Andrew asks what blood smells like. Spike answers that it is sort of like how a penny tastes. A minute later we see Andrew pick a penny off the ground to taste it. My favorite part of this comes later...
"The blood is stronger here"- Spike
"Like nickels?"- Andrew
That part gets me every time. Perfect delivery by Tom Lenk.

I'm sorry it may be base of me. I think it is hillarious when he shows his latent (maybe not so latent) homosexuality. His love for Warren. Checking out Xander. I also love it when he dupes Xander into talking with him like he is cool, then Xander realises what has just happened. He was also great in Angel when he showed up to collect the derranged slayer. One of my favorite Spike moments, by the by, is when he is talking with Andrew about bloomin' onions.

I love it when Andrew, Giles, and Xander are passing time playing Dungeons & Dragons. Andrew: "You go through the door and are confronted by Trogdor's burninator." :) Because it wouldn't be quite geeky enough just to have them playing D&D - they just HAD to do the callback to HomeStarRunner.

Hmm I love all Andrew parts to bits. Hands down, any parts when him and Spike interact with each other. I could swear he flirts with him or do a bad job at trying to act cool.

My favourites have always been:
a. "Weird with a beard"
2. "In my plan, we are beltless."
d. "Timothy Dalton should win an oscar and beat Sean Connery over the head with it!"
And i love his literalness in parts. For example:
Warren: [as The First] Did you get the knife?
Andrew: Yeah. It wasn't easy. I had to meet this demon guy who sells all kinds of weird weapons and stuff.
Warren: [as The First] Okay, show me.
Andrew: Well, I didn't buy them, but, there were poison arrows, and this sort of collapsible sword...
Warren: [as The First] Show me the knife!
