Yeah, I had to quit smoking altogether. Hell, the last time I had a cigarette (4th of July?) on a whim I really wanted to get sick. If I smell too much smoke anymore it makes me feel wierd.

Oh well. At least I can run a bit better now.

Oh there are days. Days I wanna sit and smoke in the garage with a twelve pack of Bud Light and some marker/painting/construction project to work on. Christmas time I usually reward myself with a nice stogie. And there is always the other format I'd never been keen on but easily could be somedays managing the adults who are supposed to be caring for our kids but act worse than they do sometime leading me to believe that is impossible for the to ever grow enough to truly serve the needs ok teen who require attention and understanding many adolecents need but never get prompting them to become even worse adjusted than they started out with but at least we gave them some structure so that hopefully they can apply that sometime in their lives rather than being stupid and worthless and counter productive assholes and victims of society for the rest of their miserable empty lives only to create a worse generation of...

Yeah. I could use some time in the smoking room. Figuratively of course.

yes sadly adults are, in many cases,so much more difficult than kids. I swear most days I am really corralling and doing behavior intervention plans for the teachers.. the students are teachable they take direction... adults seem to think they are past that

hey all,

to answer que for those interested (and sadly to the rest of you who aren't), same toe, grew back and reached end of nail bed and dove back into the toe again so having the growth plate removed this time so no nail thus no ingrowing.

Then gping to hit the weights and the road, might try some 10ks and a half marathon, I've been saying for years I fancy a crack at a marathon, maybe it's time to start thinking about it.

This is all based on the new drugs for my stomach working.

I'm not quite sure why I've just done a great diatribe on health, you get that my penis is the hammer right...

I watched on the site whilst it was free like a good internet whedon geek, plan on getting the dvd with the sung extras.

Not sure what is going on with the buyable options as my other half's mum was trying to get from itunes and just doesn't seem to want to,
