Why not? Time traveling Terminators have to be without clothes and still look human. I bet Cameron has even been programmed and built to be able to have sex.

I don't think Cameron can have a baby. Cylons can even have babies.

The fully liquid metal terminator might be able to have a baby...but I think it would not be an independent entity.

Even if she's not already programmed and built to do so, I suddenly thought about her learning and adapting, she visits some weird store, picks up one of those things ?fleshlight? and inserts or installs it, starts to learn more. But babies, no.
I'm starting to get antsy for the season 2 dvds so I can watch. Did Sarah refer to the garments as holsters again?

well in the first pic(the TtSCC-one)her top is covering that part, so nothing to see there, the next(the unit) i am quite sure is just a little bellybutton ring, and the ligth makes it look like an outie

Yes they can have sex in fact they are programmed to be able to have sex if it helps them succeed in their mission. In the SCC a male terminator poses as the husband of a target to make sure she did what they needed her to do to help skynet before he killed her
