Got some new meds to go with my maybe broken rib. Waiting to hear from the radiologist which, on the bright side, means it wasn't definitely broken, just maybe cracked or split.
Won't be taking 'em during the day again. Things got all bendy & fortunately I had sense enough to find a bunk before I went crazy & fell asleep.
They weren't that strong, but they did make concentrating difficult, and encouraged me to lie down for a spell. I'll sleep well tonight I imagine.

Thank you for the kind words ladies.
Heard back from the doc. Nothing's broken, just moved around a bit more than is comfortable. Should be fine in a few weeks (which, as it turns out is the same answer they give for anything short of a spectacular (bits sticking out or poking holes inside) break).
One less thing to see the doc for next time. Unless I really want the drugs (I must admit they make sleeping much easier, and more restful).

Yeah it's like broken toes, sadly all they can do is tape and say want painkillers. There's really no way to put a cast on them or anything.

Happy Friday eve everyone!

Ribs were starting to feel better, so I tried a bit of exercising last night before class.
Jumping-jacks were unpleasant, but could be done.
Push-ups were the single worst idea I've had in a long time. Soon as I put my weight on my arms, I was on the floor gasping for air.
Won't be trying that again for a month or so.

HUGS sadly not routine I failed the 1 hour glucose test so they're doing more extensive testing to see if I have gestational diabetes... unfortunately results won't be back til Monday, but I will keep y'all posted.. thanks
