No question that Firefly is the show I miss most, and not just from this decade either.
I also miss Freaks and Geeks, but I don't think it is appropriate to be on the list since it ended in 2000. This decade didn't really begin until 2001.

Other than Firefly(Buffy and Angel had respectable endings) I could care less about other shows.
