As mentioned in the jobs thread, there are a few of us Browncoats that are getting on in years. Chrisisall and NCBrowncoat recently turned 50, and I will be 60 in September. How many other old-timers are there around?

I turned 57 in November.

I am surprised to hear that Chrisisall just turned 50. I've been thinking he was in his 30's all along. Young in heart I guess. :)

Not quite there yet, at a mere 47. I might make it, though. :P

Always did think it bloody hilarious that Chris and Mikey, who I still, even knowing better, perceive as young rowdy kids (like a "Puppy" that never quite grows up!) are much older than me.

Hell, makes ME feel a whole lot better with the big four-O looming in the next two months.

But then, I was kinda *born* a grumpy old man.

Heh heh heh.

Y'know, I always figured Frem as older than me and Chris as quite a bit younger, until they said how old they were. Guess age ain't nothin' but a number, eh?

Here's an age-related quote that I love:
Quote:

James Bond: You were pretty good with that hook.
Wai-Lin: Thanks. It comes from growing up in a rough neighborhood. You were pretty good on the bike.
James Bond: Thank you. It comes from not growing up at all.

I'm 51 on the outside but still feel 28 on the inside. Still remember the premier of Star Trek during September 1966.

My first ep was Naked Time- the first one I REALLY loved (and was completely fascinated by at just turning 7) was Immunity Syndrome. It was the first episode that seemed to last more than 20 minutes in my young mind.

I hate to say it, but I just turned 59.
Went to Catholic school in the 50's and 60's, when the nuns seemed a little like the Reavers.
Sisters of Mercy??? I don't think so........

Heh, I'm up there with Farfly.

We seem to be a pretty old demo. Maybe if Josh had got Firefly on CBS instead of Fox, we would have gotten seven seasons.
