Wonderful! Or how about Joss as script-doctor to a Broadway play, pre-opening, and Alan as an actor who fears he's being written out, word by word. Joss ends up with a pole to his heart, and someone else did it, but Alan is put through full suspect wringer.

Ron Glass and Mark Shepherd as the drunken, fun-loving accomplices everyone buys drinks for. From what I'm told they tell a lot of stories while imbibing. Would make a great mystery trying to make out the fact from B.S. in an episode.
