I won't know exactly how much work I can do on it 'till I can touch it. The little hole for the wire might not even be visible with the wire out- or it might need to be filled, can't tell.

I don't think QMX is a fan of it either based on the pics they provide. You can only really see it well in one of the pics. It's like they're trying to hide it.

No, it has a little damn coat-hangar that it sits on, that in turn sits on the 'wing'. Looks real distracting to my eyes, it goes back in the box. Haven't decided finally yet, but I think I AM gonna just close up the wings & glue it into the bay. Another thing is that the bay for the launched shuttle comes farther out for launching mode- it's not deep enough for the entire shuttle, so if I DO glue the shuttle in, I'll also have to cut the third that won't be visible off as well.

Musings... I'm totally pleased with this little damn thing!!!!!

ETA: And gluing the silver panel back on was not a problem. It was shipped FedEx- I actually expected much worse damage.

You make her fly the old fashioned way- hold it, close one eye & make it go past you- only delete the zoom noise you normally make while doing stuff like this.
