Not that it is any consolation, but it is technically three more to go. Two hour finale on Jan. 27.

Gorrammit!!!

I just realized there will be a major conflict Jan. 27. I always watch Chuck and Fringe live since they are not offered on HuluPlus. None of this season's episodes of Chuck are currently available even on hulu.com, and there is a delay on the upload of Fringe eps there. I don't have a DVR anymore, so I guess I'll have to dust off the VCR and see if it is still working so I can record Fringe while I watch the Chuck finale.

Apparently, the fans aren't the only ones who will be sorry to see "Chuck" go. Here's a link to a blog that has some nice quotes from a few of the actors. http://geekout.blogs.cnn.com/2012/01/27/saying-goodbye-to-chuck/?hpt=h

Sadly this season isn't doing much for me. I think they went one season too long at this point. I actually tried to get caught up for the finale, but I still have one more episode to go. So, I guess I won't be watching the finale live. Though I almost don't care. The latest twist was very poorly done IMO. This is really crashing down to ending on the lowest note they've ever hit for me. Kinda sad.

I guess I expected more nostalgia and for the final season to bring some stuff full circle. I feel like they did that last season much better.

I didn't mean to make you cry, Chris!

I agree that this isn't their best season, but it has had its fun moments. There just isn't any other show like "Chuck" on TV and I'm going to miss it a lot.

That was as good a finale as we could have hoped for. It came full circle and ended where it all began, on that beautiful beach with two great characters I will miss for a long, long time.

As a rule I do not like series finales because of they're being so, like, final & all, but I agree with Ec above.
Plus Adam worked in a cool Firefly line at the end.

There were tears.

I thought it was a solid finale, but for a show that in previous season played the heartstrings like a virtuoso, I wanted just a little bit more. All in all, good but not great.

I could get into a little more detail, but don't want to spoil things.

I missed the Firefly line. What was it?

When the General thanked them near the end, Casey said "We're just glad to have done good works." I had to LOL.

I thought it was a good series ender. I'm really going to miss this show...

I laughed out loud when I heard Casey do the Jayne line.

Their use of Jeffster was hilarious!

I hope there is some kind of reunion or something down the road.

An all around great show, with likeable characters, fun engaging story lines & the best line up of guest stars to any show:
Timothy Dalton, Linda Hamilton, Scott Bakula, even Mark Hamill.....

Chuck & Sarah were one fo the coolest TV couples. The pairing worked so well.

The first season is still the classic for me.

Awesome Show!

I thought it ended pretty well.

Would have been nice if they manned up and killed somebody finally but I guess they just don't have it in em.

It was sorta cool that it ended on a question mark. It's not like everything ended. It's just different now. Personally I think Chuck and Sarah will be spies for a while longer. It's who original Sarah is.

Really enjoyed the finale and the fact that it effectively went back to the beginning. It was also nice to see that they didn't overload it with too many previous guest stars. Linda Hamilton was great and the references to past episodes was excellent, if a little forced.
Jeffster's return was excellent and Casey's/Adam's use of a Firefly line was very welcome.

I don't think they could have ended it better without inventing some overly twisted non-sensical plot that ultimately made no sense.

My only real minor-quibble is that Big Mike should have been given another scene or two.

Roll on the reunion (fingers crossed).

My problem was more with that it was Sarah who offed Quinn, rather than the fact none of the white hats got killed off heroically. I mean, yeah, the fact Quinn getting a lead enema meant Chuck had to use the Intersect himself to save Beckman and the concert attendees for the full circle moment and all...but I think it would have said something to Chuck's love of Sarah that he would actually take the shot finally to stop Quinn, like when he had to gun down Shaw, forcing the same result.

Still, an awesome for an awesome show

I have been a fan of Chuck since the start. I see some didn't like this season as much, but the 3 episodes leading into the finale were some of the funniest I can remember.
I held off watching the finale until last night. Seems like everyone got their happily ever after except Chuck. Which really sucks seeing as how he wanted it for so long. (I hate those "we will never know" endings)
Still a great show that I will miss.

Yeah I tend to think like Chris that Chuck will have to woo Sarah all over again and eventually (as was stated by Ellie) Sarah's feelings would ultimately resurface.

It's one of the few shows I can think off where almost every character could have a spin off.

Jeff and Lester.
Big Mike
Morgan and Alex
Casey & Gwen
Ellie & Awesome...

So sad to see it go, but 'Chuck' has been a heck of a ride and a wonderful display of Adam's delicate nuanced acting. Mostly surly and growling [G], but now and then showing a whole range of emotions.

I think the same but it was still a bit of a let down not seeing Chuck get what he always wanted after 5 years. Would it have been to much to ask for Sara to reach up and grab his arm like she at least enjoyed the kiss?
She just sat there like a stump.

I like the Jeffster spin off idea best. First guest spot- Casey ends up in the private sector and is assigned to their security detail.
Let the gruff looks begin.
