They are so easy to make - add a teaspoon of chipotle to a brownie mix. Twenty minutes before they are done, pull them out and spread raspberry jam all over it and put it back in to finish baking. Take it out when done and let it cool. Add another half teaspoon of chipotle to the ganache and spread it on top and let it set up.

Easy peasy. Guarantied to make crappy days brighter, put a smile on Kaylee's face, and maybe even get a "please" or "thank you" out of Jayne without reminding him before hand.

OK need many many martinis...we are now in due process ( which is the special ed term for lawsuit) on one of my cases. I have done well above and beyond and then some with this kid. Mom tried 5 claims all of which we could prove were lies. Now she's trying again. Seriously.. forgive the hell out of me for trying to help your kid.. you know the one you sent to a group home last year because you couldn't deal with. The kid you left in a group home over Christmas and Thanksgiving because you felt it wasn't time for the kid to come home. The one you spend all of your time trying to excuse no matter what
Example.. kid receives consequence of lunch detention ( after being warned multiple times and having a chart that says if the behavior happens lunch detention is the consequence) Kid chooses to be truant to avoid consequence. Mom is notified and responds that " we know kid doesn't handle surprises well and clearly kid was surprised and upset by consequence so naturally kid ran because instincts took over so it's our fault." Mom then excuses truancy and sends dad to pick kid up to go home because kid is " upset" now
Next meeting mom is in tears because we haven't taught kid to accept responsibility and she is worried kid won't be able to get a job...WTF
