I watched the pilot episode Sunday night and thought it was very good, I'm glad they didn't show the future as a sewer filled with Zombies, killer Aliens, etc.

I thought it was a snoozefest, but then MOST first seasons are... I'll check back on it in a year, if it's still running...

Over 9 million people watched it Sunday night, we'll see how the numbers hold tonight. If they tank it may not be around next year.

just got around to the pilot of itunes last night.....eh.....enh....

i like the casting...felt like I Robot meets Blade Runner Lite with a dash of
Alien Nation

wish the pilot had been 2 hours..they might have made better plot development..it all happened to quick n easy to get to a point in the story line.

i too hold back... just now getting wrapped with season 1 of Heroes...had to wait n see how they would do.. after being burned by Firefly I tend to like to see if I'm gonna get at least 1 full season in the can before I commit to a show.

I would think that Firefly proved that even if a show doesn't get a full season it doesn't mean it's not worth watching. I'll usually sample two or three episodes of most genre shows, then decide if I want to devote time to it each week. Even if I stop watching I'll still check other comments to know if it's getting better or worse.

For now, I'll keep watching.

I've been busy lately and missed the last 2 episodes, (damit) hot women and a lot of action, typical FOX show

current on episodes now and enjoying it..not crazy bout it...but like it as much as anything on TV right now...including sad to say, Agents.

It's okay. Not bad, not great. Incredibly derivative. I havn't watched the last episode yet, but so far, its basically a "Phillip K Dick" highlight reel with Karl Urban squeezed into it. Virtually everything on the show can be traced to some other element. As one review beautifully put it - the show is set in the future of the 1980's.

"Oh, this comes from Blade Runner. And this comes from Minority Report. And oh, look, Urban's character is basically Will Smith from I,Robot minus the Chucks - now they're thinking outside the box!"

Im just waiting for them to have an original idea on this show. When they went to the Die Hard well only 3 episodes in, I couldn't help but roll my eyes. Really guys, Karl Urban playing a cop, with a new partner, fighting their way through floor after floor of villains to get to the top.... the height of originality!! Did they not think to check their lead actor's resume???

Im enjoying it so far - but if they don't step up their game fast, I doubt Ill stick with it.

Meh. I gave up after the fourth episode.
I liked this show better when it starred Yancy Butler.
