And this is relevant because Brown was shot in a close-quarters physical struggle?

Oh, wait. He wasn't.

Why do you ask questions to which you already know the answers ?

Of COURSE I can.

He goes to the counter, grabs 1 pack of Swisher Sweets, and then hands it to his buddy behind him. Then he leans in, reaches over the counter, and pulls back , knocking the whole display onto the floor. We can only speculate as to what's being said.

His buddy then places the single pack of Swisher Sweets back onto the counter, as MB picks up the rest from the floor. He grabs them, and instead of placing them ALL back on the counter, he just heads out the door. That's when the guy behind the counter comes out and tries to confront him.

Never do you see MB reach for his walled and pay for the cigars. He just takes 'em, and leaves.

I wonder where Brown got the idea that a person can physically assault a police officer? Push him ... punch him ... go for his gun? Something taught by his parents, friends, or favorite gangster rappers no doubt. They must be so proud.

Still waiting rappy. If those events really are there you should have no difficulty pointing out when they happen. The time in minutes and seconds is helpfully located at the bottom of the video.

This is like that Zimmerman case all over again. The whole thing gets tried by social media. Judge and jury. Everyone knows best. Everyone has a predetermined idea of how this should play out. One side says 'black person behaving badly. Cop did what he had to do' the other side says 'another example of cops shooting a black person first and asking questions later'.

Is there something wrong with waiting to see how this turns out legally? Or is there a lack of trust in legal processes that trial by media is the way to determine truth?

Lack of faith due to demonstrable and blatant corruption of the justice system.

Of course, this starts with the known and now indisputable fact that our police are every bit as bad as those of a third world junta, often moreso because such juntas have more sense than to allow them military grade weaponry.

Seriously, even if you get a cop investigated and by some miracle they face charges, those charges will be the absolute minimum the prosecutor can get away with, resulting in some REALLY bizarre contortions of law (Example: Misuse of a communications device, for trying to lure a child across state lines for sexual purposes) and whatever sentencing, if any, will be totally softballed - just LOOK at the list here.
http://www.policemisconduct.net/

AND, due to the badge mafias potent grip on the court system, and accomplices like the FOP, in most cases even when charged, convicted and sentenced, those are quietly reversed on appeal when the heat dies down and the officer re-instated, or when that isn't possible they just move down the line to the next department and later, rinse, repeat.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gypsy_cop

Ergo, accountablity is effectively Zilch.

Now, what this ALSO does, is corrupt the entire court/justice system because of the incestuous relationship between court-judge-prosecutor-police... resulting in a courts dependency on police resources and testimony, a relationship that is without fail exploited on every level, making courts, prosecutors and judges very reluctant to hold them bastards accountable when they KNOW retaliation will ensue - remember that Judges on many levels are elected here and thus when the police force, police union, fraternal order of police and all their loyal little jackboot lickers throw their weight behind a Judicial candidate, it's a shoe-in cause of the resources and pressure they can bring to bear.

So from that poison root, the rot spreads throughout the entire justice system until it's prettymuch just a railroad line rubber stamping whatever the cops want it to do, and that's if the system in a locality itself is not corrupt in other ways as well (See Also: Luzerne County Railroad).

Trials and verdicts these days are more often about favors owed and political considerations than anything even remotely resembling justice, and so the ONLY way to obtain it in a case like this is to put the spotlight of public scrutiny upon them to the point where they have to hold up the pretense in order to maintain the illusion.

With the media cross-checking them, shredding their bullshit claims, actually doing half the courts job by really investigating instead of taking the cops word for it (See Also: Testilying) it becomes harder to manage and control a coverup because despite the media in most cases being practically supine and servile to the so-called forces of law and order, public outrage sells media, and none of them want to be scooped by ignoring crucial evidence or humiliated by taking at face value laughable lies.

So unfortunately in a case like this, the media circus and public scrutiny which comes with it is the ONLY way to forcibly grind the wheels of justice along in a rigged system where everyone within it is pulling as hard as they can in the opposite direction.

Ergo - we HAVE to keep the spotlight beam on these fucking roaches, else they'll just creep back under the rug and keep doin this shit.

FBI statistics from 2012 ...

12 million police arrests in 2012
415 shootings involved with those arrests

That's 34,000 arrests per day with only one involving a shooting ... or 99.999% non-shooting arrests.

But according to the race hustlers, their useful idiots, criminals, psychos, anarchists, and every other pathetic piece of shit loser in America the police are at war with us, which is total bullshit.

Yeah, I looked. Frame by frame. I saw daylight between Brown and the camera, behind him and the shelving behind him, and between him and the counter. I didn't see anything getting knocked down and falling in those spaces. I also didn't notice anything which had been visible which disappeared from view.

Maybe we could make it a contest. Who can spot how the magic trick was done?

Or is it perhaps that we'll never support your agenda of cockblocking every ounce of scientific and moral progress, civilization and natural human rights - which you fucking Troglodytes have done ever since that political spectrum existed ?

That we're IN THE WAY of your great-grand-plan to turn back the clock to an idealized glory-days-that-never-were when women and minorities "knew their place" ?

Well put on your big boy pants and suck it up, you petulant little cretins, cause your stupid little pipedream is just that, and you oughta be damn thankful for it, considering what would *actually* happen if this world was ever screwed enough to allow you to try.

It turns out that the Freedom of Information request, as stated by the Ferguson Police chief, was actually a lie. Recently, in response to the police chief's claims (lie) a local reporter submitted a FOI request regarding all requests by reporters to determine the truth (or actual stretching of same).

What the reporter discovered was that there wasn't any direct request for the video of the "robbery" that wasn't in the convenience store. There was, however, one request by a St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter for any and all documents, videos and the like regarding Brown. It was a blanket request so as to cover all bases.

Fact: The police chief did state that the incident had nothing to do with the shooting.

Now why did he say that but then release the video as though it was an official police statement of fact. Just the opposite. He said that to cover their ass because he knew his statement was untrue. Had he said it was related to the "robbery" then we come to find out that it wasn't, as most have overlooked, then there would be no justification for the shooting. So the police chief said it was unrelated, and he made it a point to say that Officer Wilson knew nothing of it.

What other reason would he have for posting the video?

It was later reported that the person in the video confronting Brown was a customer in the store. Also, the owner, through his attorney, stated that there was no robbery. That could be rectified by simply submitting an FOI for any police report or 911 calls regarding the so-called robbery. That would put that lie to rest.

The video does not show MB paying for anything. It's just a close up of what I have already posted. If he did, then why did the clerk come out and try to stop him from leaving ?

MB reaches over the counter, pulls back a packet of cigars, and hands it to his buddy. ( buddy looks confused, as if thinking 'Why'd you hand them to me ?' ) Then MB reaches over the counter again, pulls back the display case of cigars ( which is just a cardboard tray which looks to hold maybe a dozen or more packets of cigars ). Several packets fall to the ground. He puts the display back, but picks up the packets which were on the ground. His buddy puts back the cigars MB had handed him. He then turns to a lady while holding cigars in both hands, and then just walks out. The store clerk, seeing that he's not put the UNPAID for items back, goes and tries to retrieve the items.

A couple of things come to mind, see if you can follow:

Why would the Chief of Police, a duly appointed officer of the law, not send out an APB for Brown's arrest following the robbery, that he himself admits to......

"All I did -- what I did was -- was release the videotape to you, because I had to," Jackson told reporters on Aug. 15 when asked why he released the robbery footage. "I’d been sitting on it, but I -- too many people put in a [Freedom of Information Act] request for that thing, and I had to release that tape to you."

From August 9, the day of the robbery and shooting, until August 15 he "sat" on it.
Doesn't that strike you as odd behavior for an officer of the law, not to pursue a criminal and knowingly withhold pertinent information involving the dangerous criminal.

To be fair, I'm posting a disclaimer regarding the FOI requests as stated by the Huffington Post, that may clear up some of the controversy:

Within days of the tragic events on August 9, the City of Ferguson began receiving multiple requests for information and documents. While some of these requests were made in writing, many requests were made verbally due to the fact that the City's website and email were down at several points during that week. City personnel cataloged all requests and treated them in the same manner as it would any Sunshine Law request. (The “Sunshine Law” is Missouri’s equivalent of the federal Freedom of Information Act).

Several reporters, news organizations and others asked for documents specifically pertaining to Michael Brown. One such request was made by the St. Louis Post Dispatch. On August 12, 2014, the paper requested “all documentation concerning the events leading up to and including the shooting of Michael Brown" which shall include “incident, arrest and investigative reports, 911 audio, photos and video retained by the police department.” Another request, made on August 14, 2014, by Judicial Watch requested all records relating to Michael Brown and dated between August 1, 2013, and August 9, 2014.

The Sunshine Law dictates that Governmental entities must respond to both general requests and specific requests and release all documents that are responsive to the those requests, unless those documents are otherwise closed.

The Ferguson police department retained the incident and investigative report of the store robbery which occurred less than 10 minutes before the shooting. The reports, which included the surveillance video, concerned Michael Brown. Under the Sunshine Law, the police department had no reason to close these records and withhold them from the public.

By the date of August 15, the City having reached its statutory deadline to respond to the information requests, released the store robbery reports, including the surveillance video.
Ryan J. Reilly and Matt Sledge contributed reporting.

Still though, why wasn't Officer Wilson alerted to the fact that there was a robbery involving M. Brown? Why wasn't he arrested? Was it deliberate? Or was it incompetence?

The truth will come out!

Glad the issue of the robbery was brought up SGG. While it didn't seem have any direct tie in with later events, it shows the mindset of Michael, having just stolen and roughed up a store clerk.

As for WHY the FPD chose to hold onto the video for so long, I have heard discussion to the fact that it was Eric Holder who was behind the delay. And the argument that the video some how disparages the character of Michael is nonsensical. The events in the store happened. That's not debatable.

I am beginning to think some folk in this thread believe Travon Martin was actually innocent, despite all the facts. The way they are pulling the same nonsense about Brown, it seems they cannot admit the obvious.

Yes, it's been reported that Eric Holder, the Top Cop in the Land, requested it be held so as not to stir up the towns people of Ferguson. He knew that it would not be received well.

So, what does the Police Chief do, he releases it - logically!? In effect, he contributed to inciting a riot, then lies about it. He wanted chaos to deflect from releasing the shooting officer's name. His lie: that he released the video due to several requests by the media. Not to worry, he will get his.

It worked, the media swarmed in on the video and forgot about why they were there.

Still though, being shot 6 times, 2 to the head, does not exactly balance out as just punishment for stealing a box of cigars.

As for WHY the FPD chose to hold onto the video for so long, I have heard discussion to the fact that it was Eric Holder who was behind the delay. And the argument that the video some how disparages the character of Michael is nonsensical. The events in the store happened. That's not debatable.

What is also not debatable is that the Police Chief lied about the video tape release.

So far, no evidence has been brought forward to corroborate the lie that Brown attacked the cop. But, new witnesses have come forward (interviewed by the FBI and St. Louis County police) describing pretty much what others have stated - that Brown was shot at as he ran away from Wilson, and then Brown turned and put up his hands in the universal surrender stance. HANDS UP, DON'T SHOOT!

6 or 7 shots rang out, and then Brown slumped forward, presumably dead. Not one, but two new witnesses.

Of course it's debatable, you fucking idiot. That's just one of the many details of this that we're debating.

You claim he strong-armed the clerk or the store's owner, roughed him up, and stole stuff. Nobody has come forward with any concrete evidence to support that. You say he assaulted a cop, but nobody has provided any evidence of that, either.

That you're a fucking moron is what's not debatable, what so ever.

I missed where anyone has suggested it was.

In fact, hasn't it been established that Officer Wilson didn't even know of the robbery which had just taken place ?

Best defense I've heard so far is that the cop was responding to being struck by the suspect, and there was a struggle for the gun. Beyond that, who really knows ?

"Beyond that?"

Again, you keep accepting as fact things that have not been supported by evidence.

Nobody has yet produced any evidence that Brown ever assaulted the cop.

Was there an eye witness account stating that Officer Wilson was attacked? Where's the proof? Please provide the link or state the news feed that made this claim.

Lots of folks speculated that there was a struggle, when the reports were released that the officer had his eye socket busted. What the specific injury was or how he got it ( if any ) does still remain to be seen.

Like I said, it was the best ( for the officer's sake ) defense I'd heard. I never said it was how things went down, and it some how cleared the cop of any wrong doing.

But if he WAS assaulted by Brown, it changes things a bit.

Just as I thought, speculation! No eyewitness accounts stating an attack or assault by Brown - just "it stands to reason, he emptied his clip in self defense" what other reason could justify shooting so many times.

By the way, eyewitness accounts put the shots at more like 10, with 6 finding it's target. And still no hospital ER records showing treatment of any wounds to the officer's face or any other part of his body. That is not to say that there isn't, but, so far, nothing in eyewitness accounts or hospital records, or even a photo showing his injured eye socket has surfaced.

There was something posted on the internet recently, but it turned out to be a motocross athlete's face from 4 years ago, and the rumor is that he's long since dead. Requests were made by journalists, under FOIA, to obtain that information regarding Wilson, and, as you can gather, none has been produced.

"What the specific injury was or how he got it ( if any ) does still remain to be seen."

Exactly! It remains to be seen.

and it some how cleared the cop of any wrong doing.

It makes complete sense the cops are covering for their guy, so of course they use the oldest story in the book "he went for my gun, I was in fear for my life." But consider the source, the nearly all white police force. Yes, I went there!

But why wouldn't a cop, who's cruising the neighborhood by himself, call for back up if he was so in fear for his life. Brown is huge, so why not call for back up, regardless of whether he knew he "strong-armed" a package of cigarillos.

I'm not accusing the cop of anything, just asking questions as to why shoot an unarmed man and not call in the Cavalry. Why hide if you're innocent?

When OJ took off in the white Bronco, I knew he was guilty, an innocent man does not run!

"if he WAS assaulted by Brown, it changes things a bit."

It changes nothing! Call for back up and wait for the Cavalry. If Brown did grabbed his gun, then his DNA will appear on the officer's gun. That too, remains to be seen.

"Officer Wilson has no ' hands up, don't shoot ' campaign being run for him."

In point of fact, Officer Wilson's supporters have raised well over $150,000, and counting, for his defense fund.

Brown's supporters have raised approx $130,000 for his memorial fund.

Oh, to hell with it, I'm too tired!

Boy are you desperate!

I posted the fact that both have supporters, and no one can say that Wilson is without, despite the fact he shot an unarmed man for no apparent reason, he has his supporters.

Brown, no matter his crime, shoplifting cigarillos or jaywalking, should have been fined or arrested, but shot to death is, without a doubt, one of the most despicable acts of violence in the U.S.

In New York a man was killed by an illegal choke hold for merely selling loose cigarettes, the most that he deserved was a fine or, at the most, arrest. The man paid with his life.

At no time did I compare the fundraising to a contest. Nor should it be, but Wilson is not the victim here. But he continues to hide, a la OJ Simpson hiding from the law and justice.

The Latest:

A new witness has stated that he saw Brown hold his hands up and say "Ok, ok, ok,ok ok, ok." But Wilson just continued to shoot. (as reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch).

A "new" witness ? The case is how old and just now, another witness is emerging ? After all the politics and vitriol, I'd be suspect.

People sometimes lie. People with an agenda. A USC football player , a team captain, claimed he injured his ankles by jumping 2 stories to save his drowning nephew , in the pool below. The kid's mother, the brother of the football player, went public to thank the football player for saving her son's life. They both were lying. There was no pool rescue attempt. There WAS , however, a robbery attempt in an apartment building, and the suspect matched the description of the football player very closely.

Yes, I do. Wilson has been sequestered by the local police, both he and his police chief (who was caught in a lie) have offered nothing by way of explanation or stating the circumstances leading up to the fatal overkill. Wilson has not surrendered himself to the proper authorities and given his side of the story as to why he would shoot an unarmed young man like a dirty dog in broad daylight. Exactly my point! The busted eye socket report doesn't count ? Even if not " broken ", there still was a report that the officer was injured. That doesn't happen in the scenario where he shoots an unarmed citizen from a distance. Where's the photographs of his injured eye ? I don't know. I stated facts, not fiction.

Fact: An unarmed teen was shot by a police officer
Fact: There has been no official report released stating why
Fact: Eyewitnesses have come forward and given statements as to what they saw
Fact: Those eyewitnesses statements were practically all the same
Fact: Not one of those eyewitnesses stated that the officer was being assaulted
Fact: The police chief lied about several requests for the release of the video of the robbery
Fact: Wilson has been in hiding since the murder (shooting) occurred
Fact: No charges have been levied against Wilson for excessive use of force
Fact: Cops don't generally go around offing 18 yr olds, in broad day light, for no apparent reason.
Fact: If a crime was committed, then why isn't Brown's friend arrested? He admitted to the robbery
Fact: Where is the police report of the robbery?
Fact: Was Wilson ever treated for his injuries?
Fact: If so, where?
Fact: Why is he hiding?

If this were a good shoot, as cops say, then he would be standing tall and proud saying Yes, I shot him. I shot in defense of my life. Just doing my job to protect the innocent citizens of Ferguson from this menace to society, this animal who deserved to die. Yes, I shot him down.

The burning question is: Why?

If a cop is being attacked ( in this case, by a 6'4" 300lb male )

Wednesday, August 27, 2014 7:50 AM
Cop pulls up next to suspect, words are exchanged, struggle ensues, suspect reaches in to assault the officer ( possibly reach for his gun) , gun goes off, suspect runs, officer gets out of the car to pursue, suspect turns at him and rushes at officer. Very likely to have happened in that manner.
The suspect was 6'4", and over 300lbs , and likely striking down on the officer, who was still in his car. OR, it could be that the officer was attempting to get out, and the suspect grabbed the door, and tried to shove it closed ...

The police report of the robbery has not been made public, if one exists.

Same holds true for the injury report, if one exists, it hasn't been made public.
Perhaps the Grand Jury will get a glimpse at them, if it is ever convened.

As for Wilson. True the cops know his whereabouts, so maybe he should keep his mouth shut until called upon. Right now he's in the catbird seat, every witness is spilling their guts and he's just hanging back like a spider waiting for his next er, meal.

As expected, the grand jury's investigation into the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson has extended past its four-month term, which St. Louis County Circuit Judge Carolyn Whittington extended when it expired on Sept. 10. St. Louis County Court Administrator Paul Fox said Tuesday that the extension is the longest allowed by Missouri law.

The extension does not mean the grand jury will meet until January. "It just gives them that window," Fox said, noting that the grand jury is focused strictly on the shooting death of Brown by Darren Wilson and is not considering any other cases.

It cannot be that obvious because the grand jurors have not decided one way or the other on a bill of indictment. As soon as they make up their minds they get to go home because this case is the only one they are looking at.

Getting to go home would be powerful motivator to make a decision, and yet, still no decision. And none of the jurors are running for political office, so there is no reason for them to want to stretch things out until after the local election in November.

Then why hasn't the grand jury voted for no bill of indictment and then gone home? The grand jurors aren't running for office. They don't have to pretend to be fair minded or kiss ass like Prosecutor Bob McCulloch does to keep his elected office.

Maybe the grand jury really does not know what happened, so they are delaying a decision until it gets clearer to them. That would indicate the police have done a fine job of keeping the jury in confusion.

Yep Frem, that's the story in black and white, (pun intended) The Grand Jury usually does the prosecutor's bidding. I served once many moons ago and it was interesting, but we had mostly Buy n Bust cases brought before us.

Only one was a murder case (gruesome killing of a wife by the husband), and in one of the drug cases, a woman, who was accused of smuggling canabis in from West Africa, testified on her behalf that she was merely doing a favor for a friend.

Otherwise it was pretty cut and dried.

That last bit about me being the only one thinking Brown didn't steal is a fabrication on your part. I said no such thing.

Although there's been conflicting stories (notice I said stories and not evidence) regarding the robbery, and despite the fact that the Police Chief stated that Wilson did not know about the robbery, I will concede that, if true, then he should have been arrested.

Wilson should have received a call in his Squad car about the reported robbery and he should have called for back up. This would have been the proper steps to take to subdue Brown and take him into custody. He could have even used a taser.

If the video was evidence as to the robbery:

1- Then why wasn't Brown arrested by Wilson if he was minutes away from the crime scene.
2- Why was that released and nothing else involving the case (robbery)
3- If Wilson was NOT aware that he was a robbery suspect, then why did he shoot him
4- If Wilson was right handed, then Brown, in the case that Wilson says he went to grab his gun, would have to reach across Wilson's body to get it (Does that seem right to you?)
5- If Brown did get his hand(s) on the gun, then there would be DNA evidence on it
6- Gun powder residue and the like

All of the above would be presented to the grand jury and if the story that Brown attacked is true, then NO Indictment will be forthcoming.

Time will tell. Of course, that depends on the evidence presented to the Grand Jury

SGG - for the cops to know there was a robbery, the store clerk first must have made the call. There should be a record of that call.

Once the call is made, it has to work its way through the system. The moment the call is made, and the word goes out, every cop in the area doesn't just drop what they're doing and rush to go arrest the perp. There was no gun involved, no knife, so it might not have had top priority. However, any call that did go out, would have (IMO) had to have been heard by Wilson, who was mere minutes away from the store. If there's another cop in the area who was closer and therefore able to go take the report, then Ferguson has a decent number of cops on patrol.

So, if Wilson had no idea there had been a robbery and physical assault, why'd he shoot Brown? Good question. Seems the Wilson / Brown interaction was agitated by something. And as Brown had just roughed up the store clerk, it's possible that he was still pumped up and in a fight mode, so when the cop came by and started to question him, it could have set Brown off. ( speculation, I know )

There SHOULD be a lot of evidence , either way, which needs to be made public. Why it isn't , even with Eric Holder's nose in all this, seems odd.

Bottom line is that there is a young unarmed black male dead at the hands of a white cop;

My money's on that white cop proclaiming the Zimmerman Defense - I was in fear for my life, so I blasted him into the next life. Even on his knees he was bigger and stronger than me, so when his body lurched forward (no doubt from his gun shot wounds), I considered it a threat to my well being and an aggressive act as if to attack my puny frail ass, and blew his brains out. I don't need no stinking back up, I GOT THE GUN! and the law on my side, my "brothers" will back me up.

Don't worry about covering the body boys, let him lay there as an example of what we'll do if anyone else gets out of line - UPPITY N*******
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's the statement of this shooting regardless the reason. Officer Wilson was speaking volumes with his actions, and he was speaking for all the nervous Nellie's out there that feel threatened by the fact that people of color will no longer be the minorities in the country. So they join the police forces across this country with the agenda to shoot to kill as many as you can. Don't worry about justification, we'll make shit up as we go along. The System will back us, because we still hold the positions of power in this country.

Do you know what that is called!?

Unlike you, I have no $ in this case. It is what it is, and also unlike you, I'm willing to wait until ALL the evidence is in before I decide.

Not all that surprising that you completely ignored the Jesse Jackson quote.

Doesn't fit in w/ your pre-packaged narrative, now does it ?

You proved my point. Thank you.

Are you talking to Jesse Jackson ? Is he a poster on this board ? I didn't know that.

What " point " of yours did Jesse Jackson prove ?

Jesse Jackson was here!? Damn, I missed him again..............

Funny how the famous hit and run, never stopping to tell us peons how to behave and think.

-You have a point skin color shouldn't really matter, at all, at any time..........

-The reality of the situation is that there's a dead unarmed teen, shot apparently for NO GOOD REASON, until we hear the whole story...........

-Apparently, in this country, it's shoot 10 ten times quick, then ask questions once the dead person has had a chance to examine the bullets - up close and personal like

-And that the public servant, having served and protected, has had a chance to reflect on the evils of stopping to think for a moment and actually serving and protecting

-Social commentary notwithstanding; I reserve the right to say pretty much what I damn well please, it is America after all

-So you took his meaning to be something contrary to his beliefs

-Okay, Jesse is a bad man.................so what, it doesn't change the landscape

I can agree with that statement, mostly. There is always a reason, but was it a legal, or legitimate one ?

Cops are trained to use guns as a last resort. They're also trained to use them to put the immediate threat down, and keep it down. That means, blutnly, lethal use of force. Not firing in the air as a warning, not shooting to wound, like some old western movies.

Shots fired doesn't necessarily mean shots landed. Fire 3 shots at an oncoming target, and you could have not hit it once. If the target is still approaching, you keep firing. I'd like you to find any police force which will say otherwise.

Of course, since Grand Juries are spoon fed a bullshit narrative by the prosecutor more closely resembling a faery tale than anything existing in the real world, the only reason for delay in this matter is them repeatedly calling bullshit on said prosecutor and requiring extreme methods (up to and including threats against their family, custody of their children, etc) to get them to bow down, kiss the ring and do what the petty tin god prosecutor demands, since no matter how many laws he breaks he isn't liable, and they're legally allowed to lie and even frame people - such is "justice" in america.

As for the why and wherefore, well that's easy, just have a look at this thread, yes ?

This is what happens when you give scum like Rappy a badge.

What a giant leap of assumption, prejudice, and discrimination on your part.

That's exactly what happened. Because every white American (police included) knows that young black males are possible criminals. All you have to do is check your personal reaction

AKA prejudice. (not discrimination)

Are you sure it's not only the ones with gang colors, gang uniform, thug (or drug) attitude, and antisocial habits?

Are you really such an obvious racist?

Hypocrite, you present a false image of virtue. You convicted the police officer without knowledge of the facts and in the same breath claim the rest of white America just as guilty. It is you who condemn unjustly and without due course. It is people like you that join the ranks of the guilty in sentencing society without a trial or prof of guilt. It is people like you that threw acid into the faces of the women you claim to champion.

Who are you?
And what have you done with thuggery?
Did you steal his login?

That's the statement of this shooting regardless the reason. Officer Wilson was speaking volumes with his actions, and he was speaking for all the nervous Nellie's out there that feel threatened by the fact that people of color will no longer be the minorities in the country. So they join the police forces across this country with the agenda to shoot to kill as many as you can. Don't worry about justification, we'll make shit up as we go along. The System will back us, because we still hold the positions of power in this country.

Do you know what that is called!?

Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose!

Pure speculation , by you, at this point.

You don't KNOW that, at all. That's only what you WANT to be true. Just like the Left WANTED Zimmerman to be a 'white' Hispanic, and a racist. It's why his 9-1-1 call was edited by NBC, to portray a false narrative.

My reaction ? EVERY White American ? What about White Hispanics ?

Hell, what about the reaction of Jesse Jackson ?

I guess I never realized you were so pathetically ignorant before.
