Rain held off all day Friday & Saturday. Made me a happy rider! :) Turned out to be a beautiful weekend. Got things done around the house and put some miles on the bike.

Wife's trike got delivered, so once she has her license she'll be riding with me too. Got a feeling she is going to love it!

Even though it is Monday, the dreaded Big Suck, I hope that everyone is having a great day. Prep week / travel week for those lucky enough to be making the trip to ATL for D*C. Safe travels to all.

Hump Day is drawing to a close and I for one am ready. Long day at the office and I am ready to get in the wind for some two wheeled therapy.

Looking forward to the long weekend. Going to take it easy, get a few things off my list around the house, get the wife on the trike to get her used to it, and just relax.

Hope everyone is having a good week. Know a couple of the unit have made it to the Bunker in ATL for D*C tomorrow. Lucky bastards. Hope they all have a blast.

I want to go to D*C next year, but the 75th Anniversary of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is in Sturgis, SD just 3 weeks prior to the con. I can probably afford one, but not both, especially with the wife out of work again in two weeks. :(

Glad you did not get picked up for jury duty. Also good for tackling the garage! It is amazing once you take on that project how much stuff has accumulated you thought you might need, never wound up needing, and just never got around to getting rid of.

Rainy Big Suck here, but what are you going to do? Thunderstorms all day, and rain or thunderstorms called for all week. *sigh* Going to be a long week.

The Great Garage Project of 2014 is nearing completion. I am really amazed at how much room exists out there once the crap is gone. Now it'll just be easier to find something I need instead of running out and buying another… Of course, there's the issue of PUTTING STUFF BACK…we'll see how that goes!

Weather has been beautiful! Cool in the mornings here (low 60s) and high 70s to low 80s here for the past few days. Supposed to creep back up into the mid 80s this weekend, but clear skies making for beautiful riding weather.

Good news on the progress. Not so much the rain. That weekend rain you are seeing must be the Monday / Tuesday mess they are predicting for us next week. Already lost two days in the saddle this week w/ rain I can do without for awhile.

Indeed. The Big Suck is upon us. Of course it brought rain with it this morning, but thankfully light showers and they let up an hour ago. Hopefully it will be dry enough by 5 to ride home without dirtying up the bike.

The weekends do seem to be short, but I suppose that makes us treasure them more.

Speaking of weekends I hope that everyone enjoyed theirs and had fun. Not too many warm ones left before Winter begins to settle in.

Our building was 'blooded' last week when one of the crew got his head split open by a flying wrench!
I had to play nurse…and clean him up and bandage up his head. He's okay..but will have one hell of a black eye and headache!

Friday Eve. Boot is off, foot is healing well according to the doctor, I have been cleared to ride after a week, and the weather is nice out today. Rained all day yesterday, but dry and warmer today.

A bit warmer this morning. 54 degrees made for a much more pleasant ride into work. 72 today so think I will be doing some leaf raking this evening after work. Yard is looking much like Fall. Still have to pick up a couple of pumpkins for carving and seed roasting.

Hopefully the building will be done TODAY. The move is scheduled to begin on Wednesday….and we might get some help with the field torn up by two stuck cement trucks.

No ride yet…caulking continues. I don't think you're supposed to be able to see daylight UNDER the building where it's 'attached' to the floor. Rats, mice, bugs, etc. Not good for antique motorcycles.
