I'm in need of professional help

My god-

Im happy. This must be a huge problem for the world.

something must have gone wrong. But, bottom line is this:

I have two friends who have returned from Iraq. They are well, but not without wounds.

I took the time to ask them about their duties there. Both said the same thing: I'm glad to be home, but I want to go back. These are people who have taken a part in something that we should all revere. I honor my friends in the service, including my own little brother who now serves on a ship in Japan. The navy has proved to be a great friend to my relative who would have never found a friend in any sort of college life.

Anyways, something must be wrong in the world, because im happy. Therefore, I need some help!

I wish well for my little brother, and I hope he remains safe. Because if he doesnt, I will have to go into whatever horrible world he comes into and rescue him myself!

FREDIKAYLLOW

i have an older sister in the army, and although she hasn't served yet, i still get paranoid every time i hear that more soldiers are being sent abroad. i'm constantly afraid for her, especially now she's in training to be an officer. i also cry whenever i hear a poem about someone dying in a war (very embarrassing when you're in a classroom doing poetry analysis).
i sure understand what you mean.

wow, i can actualy understand where your coming from. im one of 13ish grandkids and have 2 cousins in the army, my ex-fiancee and heaps of good friends are in the navy and i know at least one or two in the RAAF. *L* has just come back from Iraq to celebrate her 21st birthday and she did 2 tours. she has also mentioned going back (if they let her). and i can totaly understand the frustration and fear of what the world could be like if it werent for those brave souls (and the braver ones praying for their safe return)who go and "serve and protect" be it in the armed forses, police or fire departments, and the medical teams that go out to hopeless situations only to turn them around. should your brother be 'unavoidably detained' then the trip to hell to get him back would be worth it.

***for BrownCoat1 the Anzacs pretty much invented the word MATESHIP... and every serviceman or servicewoman i have met knows the true meaning of the word. and whats more, they LIVE IT!!

Not hard to understand your friends wanting to go back. I served in the first Gulf War, and I wouldn't have left my buddies for nothing.
