So I was leaving my wife's work, after bringing her some dinner ('cause I'm an awesome husband), and what do I see as I make my way onto the 805 south? The moon. Yellow and twice as big as it should be it stares at me through my windshield. Tempting me.

Taunting me.

"I dare you," it says. "I don't think you have the cajones to get your butt up here. You don't have a hair on your ass."

Careful Moon. I've never been one to back down from a challenge.

P.S. I burned my finger real bad in the middle of this blog making mango bars for my wife 'cause she's had a rough day and 'cause I'm an awesome husband.

P.P.S. What is it with me and stuff made out of Mangos.

P.P.P.S. I'm serious Moon. Don't make me come up there.

I wish I had a real recipie for them, seeing as how I fancy myself a chef (not an Iron Chef, but maybe something on the order of a Manganese Chef), but I just happened across a box of Krusteaz Mango Bars and figured I'd give them a whirl. They're not bad, but I suggest, if you try them, do not pack the crust too hard. I inadvertently did that trying to make the crust even.
