Fan Fiction Writing Quesiton - Disclaimers!

Ok! I'm new to this fan fic thing and I know you have to write a disclaimer. My fics are going to take place after Serenity so what should my Disclaimer say, something like this. I want to do it right.

All Characters are property of Joss and Universal. No Copyright Infringement is intended.

Or

All Characters are property of Joss, Fox and Universal. No Copyright Infringement is intended.

or should I just put.

All Characters are property of Joss Whedon. No Copyright Infringement is intended.

It really doesn't make THAT much of a difference. A lot of people will do only the creator, or only the current 'big' rights owner. Still more cover all bases (I.E. in the HP fandom, they sometimes go through 'J.K. Rowling, Scholastic, Warner Bros.', ect). If I were you, I'd probably go for the one that addresses all three, just to be on the safe side.
