Don't give up GunRunner! I loaned mine to my first convert and he returned them after a week saying he did not have time to watch them. I sent them home w/ him again. He found all sorts of excuses not to watch the show, but finally broke down and watched it one night after nearly 3 weeks of my pestering him. Now he thanks me all the time for harping on him to watch them. He is a true Browncoat now.

Give your friend some time. Maybe invite him or her over & have the DVD for "Serenity" just happen to be in the player and watch it together. You never know....

I hate it when you lend a DVD to a friend because you're really excited about it and think they'll like it, and then they hold onto it for a month before returning it, unwatched.

Plus, if you bug them about watching it, it seems to increase their resolve not to watch it.

That is such a bummer:( It's so frustrating when stuff like that happens. Maybe you could tie them down and force them to watch it? Just a suggestion...lol
