Yesterday and today I have been totally busy with building a website for my role-playing group in spe. I translated some of the rules to German, created a little forum where we can put the charcter descriptions, keep a flylog and so on.

This is just so much fun. I love to create things like this. It is far from finished yet and it is in German and it pretty specifically aimed at this group, but if you want to take a look anyway, of course you are more than welcome to do so. It has some sounds and graphics.

One of the players will not be able to come to visit every time when we play, since he lives in another town. He will play via Skype, a telephone software which now supports also a video connection. I have never tried something like that, but we will put a flatscreen with his video image up at the table and attach a webcam to that, so it should be almost as if he is with us in the same room. Maybe he can play a computer hacker or media crack like Mister Universe, then it should fit into the game even better.
