Reunited!
Friday, February 10, 2006

Ok... so I went home a while ago and not wanting to be parted with Firefly for more than 24hours I decided to take all the disks home for the weekend.

All was fine, shiny even, and then horror of horrors my sister took disk 2 out of disk wallet whilst I was packing and didn't tell me.

Thus, I returned completely unaware that this heinous crime had been commited. And, oh my did I turn the air blue when I discovered it

But it's OK! I have now been reunited with disk two in all it's shinyness and have been walking round with a big grin...

Which leaves me to ask the somewhat disturbing question... Is it wrong to be emotionally dependant on Fictional Characters that will be forever stuck in the middle of No and Where on the road to unanswered questions?

I know that there's the real world and then there's the 'verse and i'm well aware that they're very different but should one make me happier than the other? An intersting sidetrack to this thought is that TV and movies are actually adding to life expectancy by cheering people up! Wishful thinking!

In the meantime I will happily go back to repeatedly watching the series that brought everyone on this site together and will embrace the title 'browncoat' with pride. I shall also stop rambling because I am well aware that i'm sounding weirder by the minute!

KITCH

You don't sound weird at all! I have been turning on all of my friends to Firefly/Serenity (all are hooked by the way)so my dvds are temporarily out of my "comfort zone" I think it's good though, even though the crippling separation anxiety is starting to creep in! hahaha Take care!!!!

There's a real world?! Uh oh, I'm in trouble... naw just kidding..

We all do this I think, I know I sure do. I can't be without my movie or the series, not for one day!

And by the way, the 'verse makes me way happier than my own real world. And my own real world ain't bad, I'm just sayin'.
