I totally agree on "The Last of the Mohicans" being an awsome movie. And the music is just sooooo wonderful. It is my favorite soundtrack CD. I like Enya as well, Clannad, too. I play the harp myself, so I am a lot into celtic music.

A good one?

I love listening to the soundtrack to Glory. Y'know, thought it'd be appropriate and all seeing as how Firefly was supposed to be born of the Killer Angels...

Much better than the Gettysburg soundtrack and not as 'tune' oriented as the Civil War (PBS mini-series) sountrack.

But if you're looking for some authentic stuff, check out:

They do Civil War music on authentic instruments. Very good. Went to school with a few members and seen them in concert. Very impressive.

Right there with ya on the weekend-off goodness!

The soundtrack to my fanfic was the debut album by the Arctic Monkeys. They've just scooped Best Newcomer at the Brit Awards. Check 'em out if you like a bit of northern rock!
