I have heartburn
Thursday, July 6, 2006

I have had it since Monday. All day Tuesday I was sick as a dog. I am od'ing on Prevacid, but it won't go away. It is the awful kind that makes you throw up. Yeah, TMI.

Saw the lawyer yesterday. $150 of my moms bucks to tell us what we already knew. I am not having a good feeling. I want to believe that the judge ( a woman) will she the for the that he is and want to "punish" him. And then I just get the feeling that I am screwed.

Went to the 2nd job last night. The idiots had only scheduled 2 people to close a 5000 sq ft store. It was a mess. They expected me to stay until past 11 pm. I GET UP at 5 am each day. Needless to say, I no longer work there. So now I need to find another crappy part time job.

I need a sugar daddy. Someone please contact Nathan and tell him I am waiting!

Working at a call center myself, I have to disagree with Ms G's statements. I have the least flexible schedule ever. Everyone here does. And my pay is more than retail, but not by much. Find something better is all I can say.

Hmm- have you considered call centers? There might be one nearby and they have great flexibility of schedule and pay is decent...Were I you though, I'd go check out local schools they have a lot of support jobs that always need filling secretaries, library aids, classroom aids, custodial, etc...

Ditch the 2nd job idea and look into selling something on ebay. Just one thing that you can buy locally, really cheaply, then post on ebay. Something people want.
After I read a magazine article about the Japanese "rock stars" Puffy Ami Yumi and how crazy their fans are, I put one copy of an American magazine ($4.95) that featured them on ebay and sold it for nearly $40 ( with shipping. ) The next day, I scoured the DC area for additional copies. Got my hands on about 30 extra copies. I ended up selling them ALL to looney people mostly in Japan (using paypal, of course) and made about $500 after shipping charges. Its gotta be the right item, but you can do really well and I don't have to work late at night unless I want to...Good Luck!

Never fear, hot mom. If you're still clinging next summer, I'll try and send you some money.
