Riverish poetry!
Friday, July 7, 2006

A friend of mine found a site with a poetry generator. Some of these poems sound like River speaking. Here are some examples

wind
winged seeds
vast wide lands
wide flat dusty road
smooth flat memories of past
soup hydrogen soup carbon
her eggs become stars clawing out
(creepy somehow)

She hears each his lies
transportation for the dead
she listens for his breathing
(The Message anyone?)

there is emptiness
the ghastly centre of her
empty crossings on corners
(sounds like River)

tar black feather ball
trapped in the constellations
jets of gas aflame
(sounds like a spaceship to me)

blood becomes timebomb
glory birds, gold and orange
she is stardust, she is earth
(just neat)

bands of herring bones
snake scales lapping snake scales
elephant alone
(???)

black
feathers
if she falls
there is emptiness
her violin fingers
solidity congealing
the erosion of everything
(River, self descriptive?)
