I showed my mother (an acknowledged browncoat) a website where one can buy Blue Sun accoutrements. She thought it was incredibly cool, and said that my whole family will need to get shirts. It took her a few moments to comment on the fact that Blue Sun are the bad guys... it's an irony I think Joss would enjoy. Plus, it's not only a Firefly reference, but a sort of commentary on wearing corporate logos... Um. Anyway...

Not sure how this idea came up, but I love it:

Raise a bunch of money from Firefly fans. Use it to buy advertising space in big cities or your hometown in the month or two before the movie comes out. Put up Blue Sun billboards, just like the ones in "Serenity." Blue on white, just the logo. In case people are puzzled, register http://www.bluesun.com (which doesn't currently exist!) and hire a webmaster (with all that money we raised) to make the Blue Sun website. Get it to subtly link to Fireflyfans.net and the official movie site.

We browncoats all have to do our part to get the word out about this movie. Does that seem like a cool way to do it?
