GAH! how do you get banners to work.....

so i want to put a banner in my sig (yes i've uploaded it into Photobucket). yet NONE of the three options seem to work

=

1) is simple "URL"

2) is a "Tag" (THIS:

)

3) is another simple "IMG"

Please help. I have no idea what to do

Works fine for me, just tried it out in "image test" down in Troll Country.

The URL should work from photobucket because this site does not need tags. The only problem I could think of was that it was a png, but I checked and it isn't, so I don't know what could be wrong.
