Well last night 8th September I fell at work and now have soft tissue injury on my left ankle, it's so sore. and today I sat down and watched two whole disc of FIREFLY to help with my painful ankle. And so i'm off for another day so, disc three and four will probebly be watched.

Hang in there, elk. No better prescription for the miseries than Firefly/Serenity discs. Side effects may include addiction and odd ways of speaking and dressing, but you don't have to worry about ulcers, internal bleeding, myocardial infarction, drug interactions, or any of the other joys of modern medicines. ::-)
