Nope...except for part of a script that has Inara, while on the way back from a job, jumped by Reavers and then viciously abused by them. Crew finds the ship...with all the Reavers dead and Inara still alive but completely out of it. Basically would give an explanation for the needle and black fluid seen in "Serenity" (the pilot).

Got it from a link to an interview someone did with Tim Minear where a question was asked about was there anything he regretted not getting to see put to film before the series got cancelled. Probably would have never gotten to air without major edits cuz of content...though it would have certainly given Inara a reason to finally vacate Serenity after her announcement to Mal in "Heart of Gold." I am certain the link must be around this site somewhere or someone else having a link to the interview...
