So....

I had some estate agents (realtors?) round to value my place. Haven't even put it on the market yet, and one of them phones me, asks if they can bring someone round. So I say yes, and they do.

And the bloke promptly offers me top whack not to put it on the open market. Gorram thing has appreciated near fifty percent in the four years I've had it.

So I'm househunting seriously now. This will unfortunately mean a slight delay between chapters.

But...bigger kitchen. I've decided I want one of those cookers with the five gas rings. Including that really big one that fires up like a blowtorch. Go Marietta Arcies! Also - Study. Library. Big screen for those BDH moments.

But I will get CCM finished. And I've some Xmas present in mind for my readers...

Well, I suppose I can't fault you for not getting CCM updated sooner. ;) That's great news about your house. Saves you a lot of aggrivation and stress about selling it.

I can't hardly recommend enough having a big screen with surround sound. It makes such a huge difference. Jayne just looks and sounds so much better and bigger...sigh...

And you can't tease us this way about Christmas presents when it's still only October!
