My First Concussion!

Yup, I went skiing again this weekend, I took a spill in my Mono-ski, pivoted on my noggin, and became concussed! As a result, there was some short-term memory loss, and one bitchin' headache! Actually(as I would recall later), the ski fish-tailed, spun me backwards, then I fell over and pivoted on my head.

But hey, I'm doing it again next year!

Try not to move your head ( it really helps)The headache will fade:) But hey way to go!!! Now you have your first serious injury out of the way you can move on to getting more and more serious injuries:)
